BAD BUSINESS My normal mechanic unfortunately is diagnosed with cancer so I had to find someone else. My dad referred me to this place from a co worker of his. I got work done here in September but forgot to leave my keys. They called me a day later asking me to bring the keys and when I get there, my car is dented up from someone hitting my parked car! They didnt even tell me, I had to go up there to find out. On 9/16/23 and paid $1780.97. They didnt offer any discounts or accommodations although my car was hit on their property. They did get the persons insurance who hit my car so I took it from there.2/9/24 I got a diagnostic test to find out everything wrong with my car as it wasnt picking up speed as it shouldve. They told me my transmission was out and it would be about $2100 so I let them do the job as I needed my car and didnt want a car note. It was supposed to take about a week but it took 3 weeks. They called me as they were putting it on and say it looks like your Cadillac converter is broken as well and that will be an additional $8-$900. I told them I dont have the extra for that and asked why the diagnostic I paid for didnt pick it up, and they said they "dont know but it should've". I ended up paying $2,188.75 for the transmission. Drove my car 2 days and it started smoking. Took it back and now theyre talking about its going to be $475 to get my thermostat housing fixed. The smoking could stop" but they dont know if that will fix it completely is what ****** said. When I told ***, ( the big one)that ****** (with the ponytail ) told me it would be $375 but he was going to see if he could have the price reduced due to me being there just a few days ago, he told me the parts are $280 and they didnt know that at first. And then he had the audacity to tell me he dont want to hear all that about my car so I should just get it towed home if I dont want them working on it. Rude, over priced, bad business. I do NOT recommend.
