      I was searching for a 24 in stackable washer/dryer. I was an ad on ********, where they had promised to have it available for the price of $400 with $50 delivery fee on 12/20/24. Which they didn't, they sold me a set that was going to fit my apartment. They did took one, but didn't fit. I asked them for for a refund of the $400. They pomised to bring another set. As of 01/11/25, i haven't recieved not the $400, nor the set I was promised. Someday they say they will bring it and some other they just don't pick up. They had promised to bring it today 1/11/25 and it's already 10:15 pm and nothing.

      We purchased a washer and dryer set from this business with the condition that they came with a 30 day warranty. This business refuses to honor that warranty even it is written on sales receipt. We have tried to make contact and are always told they will come look at the washer and they do not show.

      Bought appliance from this place took it back 3 times they still didnt fix try to get or money they are bunch of scammers saying they will sell money still they have not retire money back they sell bunch of kick that dont work

      April 4th 2024 i bought a refrigerator from them for 200$.The inside drawers and shelves were missing and i asked them about it. They said they would put them in after purchase, once It was unloaded, I discovered that the shelves did not go to the refrigerator. Upon reaching out to them, They said they would bring them to me but never did, I returned to their business to speak with them and they said they would just replace the refrigerator. Almost 2 weeks later they finally brought the refrigerator and i gave them an additional 100$ totaling 300$ for the other refrigerator because it was a different model, once i received the refrigerator two days later. It stopped working,they promise a 30 day warranty on the Ad on ******** marketplace as well as on my receipt,I have called and reached out several times to ask for a refund and also for them to honor their warranty they advertise. They keep telling lies saying they would refund me my money and come pick it back up. They will not return my calls or respond to my text.

      On April 19th the company delivered a refrigerator under warranty for $220.00.They gave me a really dirty refrigerator, the bottom was also broke which was not advertised and refused to honor the 30 day warranty. I was told not to plug it in but when I did it smelled really bad in my home. I immediately asked for a refund. They Did not want to return my money and constantly lied about coming to refund my money and get the refrigerator back. I was told I would be refunded $170 of the $220 minus the delivery and It has been days. The worst company I have ever done business with. I still have not received my refund and this is the third day being told they were coming and has not come. I call and no answer.
