I am requesting a refund to the Setter Certification Program I purchased in September 2022.Contract: Guarantee: Upon graduation of the [***]...should the client not be placed...with a job placement with income earning potential of $5-10K USD/mo, the client is entitled to receiving a full refund.1. Use of the word potential.I am confident that I have fulfilled the absolute fullest potential for an appointment setter at my job during each month I worked there. The job placement left limited potential for commission due to working on Manychat, a platform that limits appointment setters to only working with inbound leads, in addition to the limitation of closers on the team performing inadequately. I took the absolute most of this limited opportunity by tirelessly filtering through each & every inbound lead. Finally, it can be proven that I maximized my potential earnings bc I consistently brought in the highest dollar amount of revenue out of all appointment setters each month, which is why I was promoted to Setter Lead. It is clearly demonstrated that I filled the fullest potential of my appointment setting position on every month I was employed at the job placement where the Setter Certification Program had placed me. 2. $5-10K USD/mo.This term $5-10K USD/mo can be reasonably interpreted as an abbreviation for the phrase $5k to $10k USD per month, or on each given month. Richard ** may claim that this phrase indicates that the potential of earning $5,000 to $10,000 USD will be present at the job opportunity on some given months, but not necessarily all months. This claim is false and misaligned with the vast majority of previous marketing (before and at the time I purchased the *** in September 2022) and previous communication between myself and Richard Yu Ventures.As per the guaranteed terms of my contract, I am entitled to a full refund of $8800. I have reached out to Richard Yu Ventures directly, and they will not honor the refund.
