    On June 15, 2022, my lawn service destroyed my brick mailbox. **** admitted hitting it and assured me that ZipLawn would make it right. The owner of the company, *************** just told me that I cant expect them to build a new mailbox to replace an old one. He told me I would need to file with my insurance company, but my company said I would have no claim since the damage (per a quote) is $1,000.00 and that is considerably less than my deductible. *************** says he cant move forward until he gets my claim. My mailbox was very sturdy and made of brick. It was struck with tremendous force. I heard it get hit. Right after I heard it happen, I saw ZipLawns truck and trailer beside it. ************ thinks a lawnmower did the damage. I do not believe that is accurate. ************ has been very difficult, and I would like for ZipLawn to replace the mailbox that they destroyed. I have been very patient.

    Terrible Customer ********************** and Unreasonable Lawn Maintenance Frequency I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by ZipLawn and to share my unpleasant experience with their customer **********************. As a homeowner who values both the quality of services and respectful communication, my interaction with ZipLawn has been nothing short of disappointing.One of the primary reasons for my discontent revolves around the unnecessary and excessive frequency at which the lawn was being mowed by ZipLawn. As the property owner, I am well-aware of the maintenance needs of my lawn, and it became evident that the mowing schedule imposed by the company was not only excessive but also financially burdensome. Despite expressing my concerns, the owner insisted on maintaining a frequency that seemed more in their interest than addressing the actual needs of my property.Moreover, the manner in which the owner communicated with both myself and my husband was completely unacceptable. We were spoken down to and met with a dismissive attitude when attempting to discuss the issues we were experiencing. This lack of professionalism and disrespect is unacceptable.Due to these ongoing problems and the failure of ZipLawn to address our concerns, I have made the decision to terminate my contract with them. I believe that customers should be treated with respect, and their concerns should be acknowledged and resolved promptly. Unfortunately, my experience with ZipLawn has been the opposite, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.I strongly advise against engaging with ZipLawn for any lawn care services. The combination of poor customer **********************, unnecessary lawn maintenance practices, and disrespectful communication make them an unreliable and unsuitable choice for property owners seeking professional and considerate service.

    We are very sorry for your experience, but as was explained to you when you signed up with us to mow the property you rent out as an AirBNB, we do not provide as needed mowing- only weekly or bi-weekly service.  We have only provided weekly or bi-weekly mowing to manicured lawns since we have started our business.

    With all due respect and to add some context, after completing our investigation into your claims, it is our belief that you were continually trying to "skip" mowing with one excuse or another and then only have us mow prior to when you would have a renter for the AirBNB.  Effectively taking advantage of our customer ********************** and willingness to work with our customers.

    Your actions caused us to take considerably longer to compete your job each time and mow an overgrown lawn all while charging you the same rate as a regular customer.  This is why we respectfully ask that you find another provider to service your AirBNB.
