ReturnPolicy - Satisfaction Guarantee
Themission of Abadak is to satisfy every customer. If you are dissatisfiedwith the item or service, you may return it back within 30 days from the orderdate. Returns must be in new / unused condition. New and unused returned itemswill be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges.If you received free shipping for your order, the outbound freight charges willbe deducted along with the 20% restocking fee.
Thereturned shipment must include the product inside its original packaging withall parts, accessories, and original documents included. No items will beaccepted back if they have been used. If any returned item has been used, theorder will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for theshipping fees if they wish to get the returned items back. All items that arereturned following these instructions will receive a refund for eligible itemsminus a 20% restocking fee and the freight charges.Abadak Warranty
If anyitem is received with a manufacturer defect, you must contact Customer Service within30 days of placing the order. You will be required to submit pictures toCustomer Service for approval. Once your request is approved, a replacementwill be sent for the defective item. If pictures are not submitted for review,the item will not be replaced.
Thewarranty offered is a limited warranty. Damages caused by wind, rain,earthquake, snow, fire, hurricane, and any other act of nature will not becovered by warranty or replaced. Abadak does not cover any damages causedby improper installation or misuse of item(s) purchased. Abadak is notliable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages during usage of theitem(s).
