    No professional manner or ethical this service provider. when Technician ****** entered my home and visually checked my KitchenAid 5 door refrigerator without running any diagnostics code , he said this unit is not repairable and can't fix issues. He said he had seen such refrigators in past and not repairable. He took some pictures from front and back and told let Kitchen Aid tech decide. then He asked for $150 for fees without giving any report . However I asked please provide me a invoice proper diagnosied report but yet to received. after 30 minutes, he called me over phone and told me that you have to pay $1700+ for repair of ckt board without runnign any diagnoise with any explaination and hangup the phone and no call accepted after that.Then same day evening ,I called their office , Sisue claimimg service manager and I requested for invoice with diagnosis report but no report provided so far **************** this business is not a trustworthy at all and just robbing customer on the name of autorised kitched ******************* Please be aware of this business.

    Appliance Express is nothing but crooks they were supposed to do a warranty on my Maytag washing machine and they tried to say because it was broken cuz of a rodent which was another lie I offered to have them fix it and I would pay for it and they still lied and they're nothing but crooks don't use them

    All warranty services provided to an appliance under manufacturer's warranty must fall within warranty guidelines.  A failure to a machine caused by a rodent would not be considered within guidelines for technician to repair under warranty.  Any failure caused by an external source is always documented with photos to ensure accuracy of our findings.  Our technician did provide photographic evidence to support his diagnosis and the manufacturer did advise no repairs were to be rendered under warranty. The customer contacted the manufacturer directly after our visit and were advised the same information.  No repairs have been made out of warranty due to the customers unwillingness to pay for service.

    ****** is the best appliance repair specialist we have ever encountered. He has repaired multiple appliances in our home! Each time he happens to have the parts and expertise necessary to accomplish the job that very day! No waiting necessary! He really knows his stuff and is in and out quickly! We are always happy to see that ****** has been assigned to our case when we call Appliance Express! We cant recommend him more!

    HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I had an appointment and BEFORE they even stepped foot in my house they had 4 parts ordered. I called to question this and the woman was VERY rude saying they could read what was wrong....I GUESS YOU CAN'T CALL TO ASK what is wrong to CONFIRM before wasting warranty money. ***** 800 number had put the WRONG problem under my name so the WRONG parts were ordered!!! I told them to cancel because I did not feel comfortable with them and they DID NOT cancel they put that the order was COMPLETED...LIES!!!!!!!!!! YOU PEOPLE NEVER STEPPED FOOT INTO MY HOUSE TO COMPLETE THE ***************** So now I am fighting to get the warranty to work on my washer. This place is a SCAM and I am now going to make a formal complaint against them. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE...SCAMMERS!!!!

    The practice of pre-ordering parts prior to a service company's arrival is very common in the service industry and is by no means a scam of any sort. Companies refer to it as "prescreening" and is done in order to hopefully get the customers appliances fixed on the first visit. This helps the customer not have to make themselves available for a second visit to install parts if the technician has them on hand the first go around. In most cases customers prefer their appliances to be fixed on the first visit. We are happy to report to any third party extended warranty that the customer chose to cancel. The wording "completed" is automated. When a call is closed out, it goes into a completed status and that information links with the third party system. This is all automated and not done by human manipulation. We are sorry to hear the customer was not expecting parts to be pre-ordered to help prepare the technician prior to his arrival and chose an alternate company.

    Like I said before but you refuse to listen. Reach out to the customer to make sure the parts you ordered under their warranty is correct! When I called they had all incorrect information even down to my address!!!! ***** ordered had nothing to do with the parts needed because the issue listed was incorrect (sent over by *****). So now you have parts from my name/warranty I paid for. Those extra parts belong to the customer, but I was informed by the rude lady I talked to those parts belong to the company

    This company operates as a scam to generate a profit off of "warranties". They "inspected" an under-warranty appliance and refuse to cover it under warranty with zero evidence provided. DO not use this company for anything.

    Please be advised this customer was advised we are not able to continue with repair due to the manufacturer's policy not our own. The customer was referred back to the manufacture in order to obtain any evidence he is requesting and assistance as all the information was provided to them.. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist this customer any further under warranty.

    Have used Appliance Express on (3) occasions over (2) appliances this year. (Were recommended to us by a neighbor who owns his own appliance repair business, but was too busy initially to help us.) Have found AE initial follow-up to be excellent and they meet there appointments as scheduled. Their techs have been very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and work to make things right! We have been 100% satisfied with all aspects of doing business with Appliance Express ,,, will continue to use them for all our appliance repair needs as well as recommend them to others!
