    I am writing to file a formal complaint against [********'s Name or Business Name], whom I had the misfortune of doing business with on July 23rd.Transaction Details:Date: July 23 Amount: $350 Product: ************************* (ACC) Control SmartTouch Digital **** (for hot tub)What the Business Committed to Provide:The merchant had agreed to order the aforementioned spa product online and, upon its arrival, personally come to my residence to install it in my hot tub. This was the clear understanding and agreement we had.Issue Faced:Regrettably, despite my payment of $350, neither was the spa product delivered, nor was there any attempt by the merchant to install it as promised. My hot tub remains as it was, and I am out the money.Resolution Attempts:Understanding that businesses can sometimes face unforeseen hurdles, I made ******* attempts to reach out and allow the merchant an opportunity to rectify the situation. I sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls to seek clarification or even an update on the status of my order. Each attempt was met with silence.In my growing desperation for resolution and feeling like I was left with no other option, I even managed to contact the merchant's father. After explaining the situation to him, he assured me his son would return my call. Yet, this promise too proved empty, as I never received any communication afterward.Outcome Desired:I am seeking either the immediate delivery and installation of the product I paid for or a full refund of the $350. It's critical for businesses to understand that customers place their trust in them, and when that trust is broken, it's not just about money, but also about the principle.Closing:The lack of communication, professionalism, and sheer avoidance displayed by the merchant is deeply concerning. I hope the BBB can assist in achieving a fair resolution to this matter. Potential customers deserve transparency and honest business practices, something I feel was not granted to me.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
