Hello, My issues with cuddle me homecare started when they were contracted to do my home health care for My PICC Line on 02/24/2023. I called and talk to them at the office and asked if it would be cheaper if I paid out of pocket. The women told me that it would be $200 a visit and that it would be the same price if I was Self Pay or If I used my insurance. I then told her to file it to my insurance because I had a high deductible and want to get the credit. It would be $600 total. I was not able to get a hold of anybody, because my insurance kept stated that they had not filed my Claims. When I was finally able to talk to somebody, we got into a shouting match because she kept saying that I was a self pay, I told her regardless send my Claims. When I got off the phone with her she sent me an invoice with the the claim information and it stated that my visits were only $95, it should have been a Total of $285.00 for all three visits, when I paid $600 total. I then told her that if my claim was filed then I have a refund of $315. She then stated that they are a company of their own not Aetna and I was private pay... she was not going to give me a refund. I will be writing this in more detail and attaching it for better understanding.
