This business is unprofessional. They do not return phone calls after leaving voicemails and giving an estimate. They do not honor estimates (I had to call them several times), found other phone number online, still hard to get someone. Then got an email, when I was expecting a call back from my voicemails. I want the work done soon and with the estimate amount I was given. Now, I'm worried if you start a job and pay them for material, they won't come out or finish. Very disappointed. I have never dealt with a company that operates this way, nor honor estimates less than a 6 mos old. ********

Ms. ********** you called on Aug 3 stating you want to move forward with the work and add baseboards. I told you I would need to find the bid first because it wasn't in our CRM. After further review I found the quote from March 23. I spoke with the owner and he advised due to 5 months passing, the quote would need to be re-done and pending on how much baseboard we will need to do another inspection. Most contractors bids are only good for 30 days due to material and labor increased costs. We cannot blindly write estimates. I emailed you on Aug 8 advising the same. Aug 10 you called asking about the quote and I advised I emailed you Aug 8. You emailed back and asked if we could come out between 4:30-4:45. I advised we are booked the remainder of the week but will follow up when we can send someone out. On Aug 18, I emailed you asking if we can come out Aug 23, Tuesday between 8-8:30. Now today we have a 1 star BBB review. I never specified if I would call you or email you about when we could come out. Your claims are not accurate. Best wishes with your repairs.
