            These guys are great. They arrived when they said they would be there, got right to work and had my foundation repair done I 1 day. ****** the owner stays with his crew throughout, so not having to go back and forth for info and they give you a fully transferable warranty with no transfer fee attached. The company that did foundation repair to this house in 2019 before I bought charged me a non refundable transfer fee of $350 and then was completely unresponsive in several attempts to contact them, good reason, their work had to be completely redone by ***** and his crew. The price was reasonable considering they had to completely redo and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very satisfied customer here...

            Thank you sir . ***** its unethical for any Foundation company to ask for transfer fees and put you as the new owner under time constraints or voiding warranties when you buy a home . My warranty is with home regardless the owner so please check the fine print with your salespersons warranty before proceeding with your choice of company . *** / Owner Affordable Foundation Repair
