    We have lived here for two years now and I keep calling the front office and telling them about the people upstairs smoking cigarettes and this is a nonsmoking apartment complex and they keep dropping their cigarette butts on my porch and theyre still lit and my dog keeps getting a hold of them and I do not feel safe here because Im afraid that the people upstairs from us will burn down the apartment building because of their smoking. They will not do anything about it and they keep double, triple charging me on my bill here. In September 2023, we lived in a different unit that one got flooded due to the people upstairs so they moved us to a different unit. its one problem after another and they will not do anything about it. I have documentation and pictures of what Im complaining about and I suggest people do not live here.

    We have addressed the complaint and have issued lease violations to the upstairs neighbor and also had a personal conversation with them. I also have kept a close eye on their billing and everything for this month and moving forward is billed correctly.

    ok, i went to check out my apartment history at Presidium Revelstoke, i noticed a few errors, lets start with the whole reason i moved out, its because it had mold in it. The landlord allowed me to move out free and clear, today, i went and gather a history and it shows a balance, and it shows i was still renting in September, but i have a date on one of the photos where i did a final walk through with the landlord, August 31, so that in itself shows errors, than the rest of the balance that was charged that is not supposed to be there, im attaching all the photos, what im needing is this to be cleared to 0 balance and emailed to me at ************************* First set of photos are the mold Second set is the clearing of the apartment Last photo shows the date

    I'm *****************************, and I've been with Revelstoke since October 1, 2022. **************** ****** visited our office recently on April 11, 2024. During our initial conversation, I asked if he had written confirmation from the previous manager regarding his release without financial obligations. He claimed to possess such documentation, but he hasn't provided it to me yet. Additionally, upon handing him his final statement and ledger, I noticed an NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) occurrence in July, along with an eviction filing. We require written confirmation for clarity. I'm willing to work with you to lower your debt and make arrangements. Unfortunately, I wasn't present when this issue occurred, and I lack any written proof that obligations were waived for you. While I'm here to support you as much as possible, without written documentation, I cannot zero your balance. I've attached the *** payment for July 2022, and no payment has been made since then.     Back in June I moved to a 1 bedroom apartment. There I registered my vehicle for parking to avoid getting towed. In September I upgraded my lease to a 2 bedroom because my brother moved in with me. I was told that I did not have to worry about reregistering my vehicle because it was already in the system, and my information would be switched over.On 12/21 my vehicle got towed when I went out of town for the holidays. When I confronted the leasing office about it they told me that it shouldnt have happened since I was registered before and that they should be able to get my vehicle back. Now they are telling me my account was overwritten, it was a fair tow and I am at fault. I drove down to the ********************* and was charged $524 to retrieve my car back.

    Good afternoon,

    In response to ************************ claims, I have included our community policies, vehicle registration flyers, and images of the weekly reminders pertaining to vehicle registration for both visitors and residents.It seems that ******************** may have assumed that his vehicle registration from his previous apartment would automatically transfer when he moved to his new unit. However, upon transferring units, both he and his brother, ***************************** (a recent addition to his lease), received the same move-in information provided to ******************** initially.

    On 9/22/2023, ******************** submitted his resident profile for his new apartment, **** (as shown in the attachments). However, he neglected to provide the necessary vehicle information as per the requirements.

    During the key pickup for their new apartment, they were informed that they needed to update their vehicle information since it was a new unit. This was especially relevant for ******, as he had not registered his vehicle previously. It's important to note that MyCommunityVIP, a third-party website, operates independently from our leasing software. Consequently,information from our leasing system does not automatically transfer to MyCommunityVIP.

    After reading your response it is clear to me that you and your team need to get on the same page with the policies. I did not assume that my registration would transfer, I was told during the key pick up, with my brother confirming what was said. Additionally attached is an email I received from **** the day my car was towed, clearly stating the opposite of what I am now being told. She wrote The account wasnt TRANSFERRED as you made a new account with your email address. This email contradicts what you wrote in the previous response about assuming my registration would be transferred.

    I was applying for apartments and I applied to this particular residence. I advice them I had section 8 voucher for Tarrant county only. I was advised they accept Tarrant county vouchers. I applied and I paid the fees as requested. The fees were rejected by the Presidium Revolstoke. I called back immediately and spoke with ********. She told me she would call me back, I never received a call. I contacted them, only to be advised I was denied and they were on accepting ********** section 8 vouchers only. I was then billed $480. I didnt sign a lease or get approved and was give false information. Even if I was approved they were only accepting applications for **********. I then received an message from the agent in May, stating they were no longer accepting applications for ********** vouchers. Theyve now placed this on my credit as rental/leasing which is false content and information. This was false and misleading advertising. Ive never reside at this residence. I would like this removed from my credit immediately.

    I am due a security deposit refund and management and other staff keep giving conflicting information on when to expect my refund. I spoke with ***** the manager on almost 2 weeks ago and she said they should revive my check in her office by 03/21/23 and they will mail my refund since I am in CA. Now they are saying I have to wait up to another month to receive my refund and it might be by check or it might be credit back to my account. I need my money back ASAP. I have taken time away from my job to get this resolved and everyone is giving me the run around.
