    I have been charged annually for an account that I do not have with this companyI am writing to file a complaint against [Company Name].     Reviewed this complain, looks he isntryingbtonfilenagainst ZOHO.com rather with snssystem inc. we do not know this client and never worked with them, they might be using ZOHO. 

    I would appreciate if they can provide any receipt which shows payment collect by SNSSYSTEM INC.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I do not have any business account with this company. They must refund all payments immediately.  These payments went unnoticed by me, because I rarely use PayPal. When I do, it is only to send money.  It was a shock to me that Zoho has been stealing  this amount from my account for years without my permission.   There will be serious repercussions if the company does not refund the money to my account. Immediately, I have already filed a complaint with the FTC. I have every intention of pursuing this matter until the money is refunded. Theft by corporations is a serious matter.

    Pls see both the message, he is using ZOHO.com, which correct url zoho.com and get their office address from their site, so he should be filing complain against ZOHO.com.

    My kind request, we do not know this client and never interacted, and did NOT receive any money to any of my accounts. 

    Kindly close this complaint for this address and suggest to him to file complaint to correct address.
