Sol Sunless Management,I am writing to inform you of several problems related to my membership. Prior to these problems, I had been a loyal customer to Sol for at least a year.My decline with Sol dates back to August 2023. The ******** location was closed for renovations, so I used the ****** salon. The ****** location was filthy. I did not even want to touch the floor stepping out of the tanning booth. The tanning booth itself was filthy, covered in solution, and sounded like an MRI machine. That was the last time I used Sol. I used the online form to freeze my membership which did not work. I sent another form highlighting my experience at ******, and received a phone call on 5, November 2023. This phone call led me to believe my membership would indeed be frozen, and the representative indicated they would like to speak to higher up management about the ****** salon. Since that call I have been charged a freezing fee in December for $5.41, as well as the monthly tanning fee of $37.89. This led me to use the online email address called cancelmymembership@ soulsunless.com.In January I was charged $37.89 for a month of tanning, while my membership is on freeze. On ***** I spoke with a representative who also did not understand why I was being charged on a month that I chose to freeze. This person sought clarification from a manager who explained you cannot cancel your membership when its on a freeze without being charged. I find this to be ludicrous and a scam towards customers. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that they cannot give her phone number out. I then asked for a return phone call, which has not occurred. It would seem as those SOL has created a platform in which true customer service is not allowable. Rather, the management that are making decisions about memberships and money are no where to be accessed.I have already disputed the charge of $37.89 from 1-2-24 with my bank. I am asking *** to return the money from November (when my freeze my membership form submitted was ignored) and the December charge to freeze (which never happened) and the monthly fee to tan. In total, this is $81.19.
