- Long-term placements: 90-day guarantee of referral for long-term placements. We will initiate another complete search for (1) replacement candidate and perform our best effort to find a suitable replacement on the condition that all of the other parameters of the Client Service Agreement are met.
Short-term or temporary placements: One of the following remedies will be provided. Replacement of care provider; credit for the current placement plus a credit toward the agency fee for (1) additional booking. Please see the Terms and Conditions on our website.
