    We have used Lexs Plumbing for years because of their fair pricing and great service. Today we had them out to clean two clogged drains and they decided to quote $675 for both. Complete money grab on their part and they tried to sell it as prices have just gone up like everything else. Its just labor not a tangible product we were buying. They charged us $189 one year ago to clean one of the same drains. Sheer the sheep Lexs dont ********* them. You will loose loyal customers every time by doing so. Consumer beware here on these guys as they have succumbed to the greed.

    We are sorry that you feel our price increases were not reasonable. In July 2023 when you had your last service the cost of eggs was $2.09 for a dozen eggs. The cost of a dozen eggs today is $5.43. That is over a 60% increase. The service you received in July of 2023 for $189 was for 1 drain unclogged. We quoted you for 2 drain unclogs. In order to keep operating in business with the rising cost of trucks, trailers, fuel and labor to compensate employees with a living wage; we have had to make price adjustments accordingly.     ZERO star. The tech came out to check the issue with one of my sinks. He told me what the issue was and he recommended that I repair it myself. The repair did not fix the issue. I called back but they refused to come back to check the same issue. Horrible and unreliable company. I won't use them again. I don't recommend Lex's Plumbing to anyone.

    Home owner did not pay for any repairs. He paid a $60 service fee for our technician to come to the home. The tech gave him pricing for repairs, which we declined. He decided to fix it himself and was not happy with the repair, so he called us back the next day. We offered to go and fix it for him and apply his service fee towards the repair. He did not want that. He wanted us to come back for free and SHOW him how to fix it again. This is not what we do. We are a service company, not a YouTube channel.
