      NEGATIVE 100 THAT IS HOW IM GOING TO BEGIN. I WAS FORCED TO PAY A FEE IN ORDER TO GET BOARDING INFORMATION. WHEN MY TICKETS (MY FAMILY AND MINE) WERE PAID FOR ALREADY. SOMEHOW THIS "FAKE COMPANY" INTERCEPTED MY PHONE CALL WITH THE ORIGINAL COMPANY I PURCHASED MY TICKETS AND FORCED ME TO PAY ******* FOR 4 TICKETS. THEY CLAIMED THE TICKETS WERENT FULLY PAID FOR. HIS WORDS WERE. YOU WANT TO GET IN THE PLAIN?? THEN PAY. YOU DONT WANT TO PAY?? THEN STAY. SO I HAD TO GET IN THE ****** WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING. I MADE PHONE CALLS TO INVESTIGATE. THEY SAY WAIT 48HOURS TO GET A REFUND. NO REFUND HAPPENDED. THEN I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY SAY NO. NO REFUND. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT. I FEEL PLAYED.

      WORST company ever fraudulent and scam be careful When we booked then we called and they said that price not available anymore then 3 times a day they were calling to offer other prices a high price it's just SCAM then they charged for cancellation fees which we contested Nothing was ever confirmed with reservation it's the WORST it's SCAM AND FRAUDULENT WATCH OUT

      Fraudulent practice. Pretended that they were ***************** customer service. They charged me and it was a fraud. They need to be investigated and prosecuted.

      They advertised a low ticket price, took the payment, and then placed the booking "on hold," claiming that the airline no longer has the ticket available. They later offered alternative options at significantly higher prices, essentially forcing me to pay more.When I attempted to cancel my booking (which is still on hold), they refused, citing vague and unfair cancellation policies that were not clearly disclosed during the booking process.Their customer support is unresponsive and deliberately unhelpful, making it impossible to resolve the issue without financial loss. Their agents are trained to stall, dodge, and confuse you until you give up or pay more.They refuse to cancel or refund, despite their failure to deliver the promised service.       They refused a refund of the refundable deposit and threatened to cancel all cruises we already had booked with the cruise line with a separate travel agency if we did a charge back with our credit card. When I called back, I spoke to a different agent and they said that they would transfer me to the department that could give me a refund and they disconnected my call. Ive been hung up on many times. This company stole my credit card info and is charging fraudulent charges I did not approve. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

      Terrible.I booked a flight with them and a few hours later got a call from them saying there were no more seats on my flight available at the price I paid, but I could still get a seat on the flight if I pay over twice as much.When I said no, they told me what was already paid is nonrefundable.I phoned my credit card company right away and they said no charge had been put through yet. I called back and told them they do not have consent and if they charge my card I'll call the police.I think they did this in an attempt to scam me into paying more with the threat of losing the rest of my money if I didn't.

      Well, they lied to us about being affiliated with ***** ********. They changed our flights and overcharged us. We disputed the overcharge through ******** ******* and got a refund. We could not use the new flights and they refused a change or refund. They go quiet for months and have threatened legal action against us! I give them an F- on

      Indian travel scammers. They spam forums with fake airlines phone numbers hoping to trick people into calling them thinking they are an airlines. Posts like "To contact a Delta representative fast, call [1?855?927?1543] " are designed to misdirect trusting people in a hurry looking at ****** results. They lie to customers and scam people into hidden charges and hope to get trusting people into a purchase. Also the kicker, they have zero presence in the **. Their company isn't listed is *****. They also do not have an office in the **. Neither US location they claim exists is there. Their **************************** site is registered in *****. Do not do business with them or their other name fareshope.

      If I could give them bellow zero I would. Scammers big time? How do they immediately connect to Booking .com is a big question????
      Please do not use them- they just want your money, I booked an accommodation through booking.com but had to cancel it and that’s where it all started. Every time I called booking.com they would answer. I reached out to PayPal and my bank and asked them no to allow any transaction on my card. Booking.com reimbursement in no time at all - while the others told me I had to pay cancellation fee and get a vaucher but no money back.
      I do not want to head back from them - all their responses to issues are copy paste! Somebody needs to look into this. I am also thinking of reaching to the Attorney General and report them - this is nOT a joke. Shame, shame, shame

      This company is composed of scam artists. They pose of authentic airline representatives, but they are not. They have fast talkers that confuse you, and before you know it you are charged outrageous fees and taxes to the tune of $600 more than the airline would have charged. And, it is impossible to go through your credit card company to stop payment even after calling immediately after the phony extra charges they put on your card. If you ****** an airline phone number, you will likely get this companies phony number.
