    I am less than satisfied with their performance and billing practices. Utilized for just over a year of services, I would not recommend to anyone.

    BMB works diligently in pursuit of collections on behalf of all clients. We signed a 12-month contract in 2022 with this client that required 60-day notice to terminate. Client repeatedly expressed satisfaction with services and renewed for an additional 12 months effective 2/1/23, but then requested termination 3 months later, off-cycle and without giving 60-day notice. The only reason he gave for terminating the contract was due to low volume not allowing him to sustain the fees of a third-party ******. This client sees only ***** patients per month yet hoped to collect revenue typical of a practice 4x larger. BMB agreed to accommodate his termination and even waived the penalty, with best wishes for his future success. Client never complained about service in 18 months.
