    Short Story:
Two unprofessional attorneys H******* and Trey V********, converted the cheating case into a mediation case (Which I didn't opt for or accepted). They partnered with defendants, dragged the case for two years, made me pay for their time, didn't take the case to a court trial, didn't put my case with the judge, and finally, they dropped me in the middle.

    Long Story:
I lost two years, around $30K, and I didn't get a chance to get up to the judge. My case was straightforward. It is a tiny partnership litigation case, where the defendants 'cheaters didn't pay a $ and became partners of my property. I requested H******* to file a cheating case and help me in winning the case. H******* introduced a college intern (Trey V********) on day one to take care of the case. My initial requirement got sidelined because two other firms I am part of don't contain any money. They picked the third firm and filed a settlement case in court. They amended the case three times (even though it is a very straightforward case) with the court. They postponed the hearing several times, and they converted the settlement case as a mediation case (Which I didn't opt to go for). They partnered with defendants who cheated me and dragged the case for two years, which eventually cost me time and money.

These two together pulled my case for two years, and in the final week, they told me that they couldn't win the case even if they go to court, explained my case to the judge, and requested a fair judgment. I was shocked by hearing the voice of these two cheaters on the final phone call. They do not answer my question; if you know that I do not have a chance to win my case, why did you drag it out for two years and make me pay $30K? Why didn't you tell this on day one?

These two cheaters were on several different hour-long calls (without notice and unscheduled meetings) to discuss the same thing repeatedly. It was for ripping customers' money for their time. They spent two years and started blaming me and stating that I didn't disclose the personal guarantee (I gave the information on day one) details. It is a positive point for my case, and not sure how it dented my options of winning the case.

These two liars know that they are not going for the trial, they still demanded to deposit $15K for the court trial. I did deposit the money for the court trial, which didn't take place, and eventually, they gave an invoice with fake hours, bogus charges and swallowed the final deposit, which I made for the court trial.

This law firm and the attorneys are bigger liars, cheaters, and money looters. They do not have basic ethics and human values. Check the reviews and comments on their Facebook page before you try to go with them.

Please avoid this cheating law firm and cheating attorneys if you want to save your time, money, and win your case.
