      Space Cables cancelled productions for a mechanical keyboard and never refunded me. Nor did I receive any communication from them. Their help desk is shut down so there is no way to contact them. Order placed 8/16/24 Fulfillment timeline was estimated to be Q4 2024. Space cables has ceased communications but continues to take orders through their site.

      A pre-order for keyboard keycaps was placed on March 18. They were expected to ship May 2024. The ship date kept getting pushed back. *********** provided updates here: ***************************************************************************************************** *********** has gone silent since July where they said they would be shipping any day. A shipping label was created in November but since has expired and has not shipped. *********** no longer replies to support requests and is not active on any social media. It is too late to make a credit card chargeback.
