- In certain cases and within certain limits, our service fee may be refunded if
the permitted work will not be completed.
If the application has not yet been submitted and client wishes not to
proceed, a full $250 refund will be processed.
If client's application is approved by the apartment complex, with or without
conditions, no refund will be given for any reason.
If client's application is denied for three (3) consecutive attempts, a refund in the amount of $150 will be processed if efforts cease.
$50 application fee will not be refunded for any reason.
Refunds are reversed back to the client's original method of payment within
7-10 business days.
There is a $100 fee that will be applied for any disputed payment.
