On January 17, 2025, your tow company, ***** Towing ***** towed my 2023 ***** CBR500r Motorcycle at the direction of the ************************. We are hereby notifying you that this action caused damage to the motorcycle in the amount of $6,625.53. We ask ***** Towing *** to cover the damages caused. I have followed the directions provided by Rons Towing, also known as Dennys Towing, and have emailed the information to ********************************* and called multiple times. No one will return my messages to even acknowledge the issue. It is very frustrating.

Denny's Towing is not the same company as ***** Towing **** and should not receive this complaint for one. Second after contact ***** Towing **** they stated the vehicle was not damaged when dropped off at PEAK Auto which is the storage facility for the ************************ and they have pictures proving there was no damage to this vehicle when dropping it there. They stated to have communicated this to this person. The amount they are asking for it to be repaired is over fair market value for the vehicle at a total loss which points to me as a fraudulent claim by someone who got their vehicle towed by the ***************** and now wants to scam the towing company with a fraudulent damage claim. Denny's Towing does not have anything to do with this claim and it should be removed from our record as it is fraud and actually against a completely different company in the first place.

On Friday 15 September 2023, I was notified that my company tractor was towed from the repair shop by Dennys towing. I was out of town and was finally able to get my brother to go to the impound yard to get my tractor on Monday 18 September 2023. Upon arrival, my brother made the payment of approximately $684. When my brother made it to the tractor , he discovered that it would not start. In an effort to get it started and moved off the property, we contacted a mechanic to jumpstart the truck. The towing company refused to let us bring in another vehicle to jumpstart the tractor and also prevented us from bringing in another battery to replace the battery. They also threatened to call the cops which they did. They prevented us from taking necessary actions to get the tractor started and off their property. The only option they gave was for them to tow the tractor at a cost of $150 off their lot at which they threatened to also call the cops if the tractor was left on the street. They also threatened that if the tractor stayed on their property past midnight, they would charge another $500 and we would have to start the process to release the truck over. The representatives were extremely rude and difficult. It was clear that they were doing everything possible to keep us from getting the tractor off the lot so they could continue to charge us. The truck was functioning and starting before it was towed but due to their actions at the time the it was towed, it no longer started and led to difficulties getting it off the lot.Denny's Towing is taking advantage of their position to oppress and make it difficult for vehicle owners to retrieve their property after making the payment, all with the intention of getting even more money from them. This is wrong and is not the way a business should function. This needs to be addressed and they need to be held accountable for their actions.

We towed this person's vehicle off of a private property customer account who we have a contract with to remove unauthorized vehicles. It was not towed from a repair shop. They were parked illegally.

We never refused to let him jump his truck. We do have to refuse to let people back to work on trucks with tools and also vehicles have to have **** License to drive onto out property as a VSF. If he had a **** Licensed vehicle he could have driven back given proper insurance and identification. If they had a jump box, they could have walked back to jump it but could not drive a vehicle back there without the **** License. This applies to everyone and is common practice for vehicle storage facilities.

When this was explained to the person making the complaint, they became very rude and irate to the point where our office employee felt threatened and uncomfortable to the point, she had to call police to get them to calm down.

The claims he is making are false and our office didn't do anything wrong but ask him to follow our instructions for removal of vehicles to which he threatened them to the point they had to call the police.

I really hope you will reconsider as this is not something that our business has ever been accused of been found guilty of.
