      My cat was towed by mistake that i just purchased from a dealer went to recover my vehicle and now it has front end damage from being towed.they should not bei in business.i want my car fix immediately and wages lost

      Apollo towed my brother's car on May 17, 2025. It was the day of our mother's funeral and he was visiting from out of town. He parked in a visitors spot for 1 day. We were going to a service for her after the funeral and realized my brother's car had been towed. We ended up missing the service due to this towing situation. When we got to Apollos, the name of the business was different. It was called papas towing or something along those lines. There was a fight where a gun was pulled out in the parking lot by a different person trying to get their car back. The cops were called and the towing company refused to help anyone else. The tow company didn't apologize or comp the illegal towing of my brother's car, which they should have done giving the parking lot situation. They said they couldn't bc "it was already in their system." We waited for an extended period of time bc they refused to give anyone their cars back while this was happening. We were scared they would charge us more if we left, even though the situation was out of our hands. They owe us an apology and our money back for illegal towing and for the pain and distress they caused. They have ineffective policies, if they even have them at all, and for putting other people at risk by not letting others get their cars back so we could get out of that dangerous situation. They had no safety policies in place for customers and were not efficiently nor effectively getting people their cars back. It was stressful and dangerous. They basically steal people's property and hold it hostage. They are also not recognized by the BBB and are illegitimate. This business should be shut down for good and all customers should be compensated for illegal fees, pain and suffering.

      My car was towed from ****************** on. 5/1/205 at 1807 pm. I have lived at this apt complex since 3/15/2025 . I have parked in many places on this parking lot my car was registered. This a permitless parking program per the information I received when lease was signed no designed parking space . I worked 5/1/ 25 made it home at 4:30 pm . To my surprise my car was towed to Apollo Towing Company at 18:07 pm . There isnt a sign designating no parking . There are several reserved parking signs I noticed to day but clearly no signs near where I parked Or information in the paperwork i received from office when I signed the lease only to register my vehicle asap which was done . It cost ****** to retrieve my vehicle. I found a note on my car at the impound that wasnt there since I went to work at 5:00 am and returned at 4:30pm .There wasnt a single piece of paper on my windshield I have included pics of all cars parked in reserved parking with no permits attached to windows. I was not given a written notice I was in violation of parking. I feel this was retaliation for complaining to state reqarding a flood on my lst nite te in apt . And requesting maintenance to repair my door and a air conditioner filter. He told dont talk to him . Unprofessional and rude all the time. Also a safety complaint made regarding the heat in the apt. I would like my money returned and apology from ***************************************. There are several cars parked in reserved parking places. There was never a warning sign or a sign located in this area. Why wasnt I sent a notice of violation prior to being towed if I was in violation of complex parking. This towing caused undue financial hardship and emotional distress. .

      Unjust towing from apartment complex. Village of *********** in **. Worth, *********************** system is used. Overly scrupulous on registration system. As if they were sitting and waiting for my registration to expire. 11 minutes after. Day 1 I registered & registration expired @ 6:49p on Day 2. Re-registered on Day 2 @ 7:05p. They logged the tow at 7:01p from Village of *********** in ********, **. Curious timing. This is the 2nd time they towed me. The first I take responsibility for ... but the 2nd I do not. I was clearly following the rules - parked in the proper area and registered once already. The apartment complex allows this. They said "They don't want to push back on them as they are worried Apollo will drop them". Sounds like everyone is being bullied. So, residents and their visitors are taken advantage of as a result. Apollo should be the one worried about getting dropped.

      I had my car wrongfully towed from an apartment building that I pay monthly for and have vehicles registered in. It took me four hours to get in contact with these people and they charged me $350 to take my car back. They shouldve never had it in the first place! Ive seen dozens and dozens of reviews of this company that say the exact same thing.

      10/23/24 My car was towed wrongfully from my apartment despite being the resident and my car being registered. *********** refuses to talk to me about the situation and is engaging in fraudulent activity.

      On 8/5/24 my car was towed (illegally) from the parking lot of an apartment complex. The car had been registered online and parked against the fence where I was told to park, The emergency brake was engaged when my car was towed which in turn cause flat spots on both of my rear tires. The tires that were ruined were just purchased in June. On 8/16/24 I files a complaint via email. I provided their complaint form, images of the damage and the receipt for the tires that were just purchased. A response was never received. On 9/8/24 I sent another email requesting a status on my claim and still have not gotten a response. I am asking that they pay for my new tires that were ruined.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Apollo Towing for the unlawful towing of my vehicle from my assigned parking spot on October 1st, 2024. This incident has not only caused me significant inconvenience but also raises serious concerns about the companys business practices, which appear to be predatory in nature.On 9/30/2024, I parked my vehicle in my designated parking space, as I have done regularly. However, upon returning, I discovered that my vehicle had been towed without any valid reason. I was informed by the towing company that I would need to pay a fee to retrieve my own property, despite the fact that I was parked in accordance with my lease ************ has come to my attention that this is not an isolated incident; multiple residents have reported similar experiences with Apollo Towing. This pattern of behavior suggests a systematic approach to unlawfully towing vehicles from assigned spots and then extorting fees for their return. Such practices could be classified as fraud and are detrimental to the community.I request that you investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action against Apollo Towing. It is imperative that residents are protected from these predatory business practices. Furthermore, I urge you to consider implementing stricter regulations on towing companies operating in our area to prevent future occurrences.Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. I look forward to your prompt response.

      8/29/2024 - my car was wrongfully towed from MY parking spot at MY apartment complex. When I called and spoke with someone and sent them proof that my car belongs to this apartment complex and that spot, she refused to assist me and instead told me that I had to pay them $200+ in order to get my car back. thats not OK. just because their systems didnt show the correct information. She knew her drivers were wrong & she refused to accept accountability and just bring me my car back.

      Reason for the tow was unauthorized parking despite my vehicle being registered to park on the property. Procedure states they are to contact the apartment complex prior to towing, which did not occur.
