      Firearm was a brand new semi-auto shotgun that wouldnt eject the first round ever fired from it. 20 rounds later and I still have to pull the charging handle to eject every round. Now the charging handle wont pull back at all with a round stuck in it. *** reached out to ******* for almost 3 weeks now and their customer service skills are horrible and Im just waiting for them to respond. Why does cheaper than dirt continue to advertise these less than par firearms. I just want a working firearm or my money back which isnt too much to ask.

      They dont tell you that these gun dealers that theyre sending the guns to our people's homes. They sent my guns to a gentleman who was off the wall crazy and he refused to give me my guns I purchased, and they are not working with me about my refund so Ive lost $500 because of them, they give you a list of authorized license dealers and these dealers have store names. I called the store and thought it was a legit store come to find out its a guy in his house who thinks hes fighting the Civil War this website is a joke.

      0 stars! Was going to make a purchase using ******* financing but they asked for bank user if and password. NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOULD YOU BE ASKED FOR THAT INFO... DELETE!

      They are sub par at best. After purchasing a gun it was sent to a recommended dealer after refusing mine that I selected. They tried to deliver 4 times to refiners firearms in AZ they are never there so the delivery was changed to another of my choice 4 days ago and I still have not heard anything after many emails and calls I want to formally file a complaint.

      Charged me twice despite a "billing error." If you can't ship the goods, don't charge me. Filed dispute with bank as I cannot reach a representative from the company, have been calling for over a week.

      I ordered a holster and mags for 2 different guns i finally received the holster and paid for expedited shipping still no info on the mags , customer service they dont give a phone number on web site the ups tracking is in limbo like it never updates no arrival date it will be the last time ordering through cheaper than dirt web site mayby thats why all the stores closed!

      Gun was broken upon arrival to store called to get support from them they tried lowballing me on pieces that was broken DONT SHOP HERE DONT SHOP HERE DONT SHOP HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU A DEFECTIVE WEAPON PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE

      Horrible for what you pay for shipping and all this stuff then the order sits on the same status for a week 3day shipping thats after the week of them dragging their feet midway USA is going to get my future orders would not recommend slower then dirt
