Horrible, and cold people. If I can give it -5 stars I would. I, son (caregiver) was presented with my recipient who suffers from clinical depression, and utilized a ****** barely to **** on ************* for a second opinion psychiatry. After walking in for the intake assessment, the front desk lady asked processing for an ROI form, Driver's License, SSN and Insurance card from the recipient. Mind you, I live with the recipient under the same address. The front desk lady who processes the info asked for any bill for address verification, I gave her an internet bill, she said we don't accept it. Then I gave her a utility bill, she said it's too old, it's from 2023, but I said it's from the same address. She said do you have anything else for proof. I gave her a recent lease agreement, she said that her husband would need to come as well, I live an hour from this nasty place. They had me fill out various forms like financial responsibility forms due to ******** not covering services that my recipient would need, its a scam. For a straight ***** minutes the front desk lady asked many unnecessary bureaucratic questions and forms to fill out to make people who need help worse. She did not get the help she needed, it's discriminatory and disgusting for the front desk people to ask so many questions. We left the building feeling worse, and my mothers depression got worse.
