    I gave *********************** ******* in a personal check for roofing material , he bought nothing I decided not to use him. He kept the ****** dollars I owed him that he paid for the adjuster which was right .He sent me a check for4000.00 instead of ******* He owe me ****** dollars.

    This customer is lying.  We have worked on getting this roof done for 3 to 4 months. We hired a public adjuster,  then I personally put up $900 of my money to hire an appraiser because we felt we could get it approved thru Allstate. We'll, we did and I then provided  shingle color options to the customer.  She delayed a couple of days in returning my call, only to my discernment that she was delaying the roof installation.  I was very upset and let the customer know how disappointed I was and that I would not be doing business with people like her! I will deposit $600 today to her bank and I'm done! The money we worked so hard for, is not being used for its purpose. That's ashame!

    I am rejecting this response because: *********************** owe me $100 more dollars My complaint was for $700 not $600 He was paid his $900 dollars  so he needs to pay me . I have the right to choose who I do business with, he has no state secretary license so he should be mad at himself.

    The deranged customer agreed to pay $100 for time and gas spent to get funds to start the roof installation and has decided to use the intended  insurance company money for personal bills. I'm don't owe them a dime!

    I am rejecting this response because: *********************** still owe me $100 dollars. He is a wolf in sheep clothing beating people out of money. He is mad about me not wanting to continue business with him. He is very unprofessional. As a business owner it HIS (your) job to try and accommodate and understand the customer as best as possible. He did the complete opposite. I just need my $100 that he still owes.
