- Sub-Floor Deterioration will be charged extra for labor and materials. Baseboards are subject to chips, peeling and cannot be warranted. We do not cut any doors. Ice-makers, stoves are disconnected at the customers risk. We cannot be responsible for moving or re-hooking of electronic equipment or plumbing. CSG offers a 5 year installation warranty on all installs. We Charge a $50.00 or 20% Cancellation Fee for scheduled installs. Due to rising processing costs on points cards we must pass along a 1.5% Credit Card Transaction Fee. Thank You for your Business!!
