This company was suppose to provide a service to help me get the diminished value of my vehicle. The last email I received was in March 2023. I received a denial claim letter from State Farm in April of 2023. Auto Claim Specialists did not reach out to discuss recommendations to further proceed after the denial letter was received. State Farm reached out to me on May 23, 2023 to say they were going to reopen the claim and offer me something. I negotiated and settled my claim the same day. In June, Auto Claim Specialists wants to reach out trying to receive payment. When the claim closed in April our business was finished. I provided all the necessary documents and I negotiated the amount. I did the service that they were suppose to be offering me. The employee *** would not let me speak. She doesnt have listening skills. She would speak over me trying to intimidate me over the phone. *** doesnt understand communication involves listening and responding to what was comprehended. Communication needs to be worked on through email and phone calls not only when the customer does the service they offer themselves.

I have made several attempts to contact this client. While we were in the process of discussing the inherent diminished value claim with the carrier and a resolution. This client agreed to a settlement without our knowledge and then refused to pay our fee. This is unfortunate and not at all what happened.
