      They didn't know how to test silver said my 5 coins was fake. Took to a jewelry store that new what they were doing. Got hundred and twenty five. I glad I didn't listen to them. They were incompetent, had no clue a magnet reacts to silver call the eddy curve. Little Johns jewelry explain it. They even scratched tested it it didn't disappear They said it turn blue so that ment it was fake. This is the ***** cash America on new Cut Louisville ky

      I came from ******** to sell a chain to a lady and I was already skeptical about talking to the guy the way he looked at me as I walked in and didnt say anything. I had him test a necklace for a buyer for him to tell her that he wouldnt buy it and that it wasnt real. This clown hit the chain with the magnet at the spot where the spring is which pushed it toward the magnet but didnt stick And still told her that it was fake. I knew before coming in what I had, Ive spend over 50k on jewelery before so I knew it was good to go. After he mentioned that the chain was fake I then removed my other and asked him to test it again where he also said it was fake. Afterward I ended up going to an actual jeweler down the road who then verified all 3 ways that the chains were both real and mentioned if you hit them at the right spot where the spring is it would pull which it did. The **** guy never hit it in any other spot. He knew that if I wasnt spending money he was going to say they were fake anyway. After having them both checked I came back to the shop and told this clown he was an idiot and that he should stop buying jewelry if he doesnt take the proper precautions to verify if something is real or not. He then told me that he wasnt making anything out of it either way which is why he then told her it was fake. Dont go to this guy to buy sell or even shop. He clearly doesnt care about how he does business and he is not to be trusted.

      This place has the worst customer service ever. I waited in line for 30 minutes and no one would help me. I wanted was to buy a ***** kindle they had for my wife and was refused the purchase. They were close to closing and they said I needed an ID to use my bank card and I said ok give me a second and I will grab it out of my car. They said they would not allow me to get my ID since they were at their closing time. I explained that I lived in ************ and would not be back in this area for several months. Their exact answer was too bad. They kept letting other customers in front of me and I still dont know why.They also refuse to do any deals on any of their items. I am a professional photographer and have made some great deals at several other Cash America Pawns. This location is always packed so it is impossible to get someone to help you. 90 percent of the people that were there were paying loans. I was there to buy products. I am going to spread the word about this place on all the forums and to the Better Business Bureau.

      The unprofessional paid employers are not honest and trained. The place is falling apart. I went in for a simple transaction and became a nightmare. They profile you and also have the police called to be on standby when they deals aren't sealed. Please don't review this business you will be threatened online or in person. Please stay away this business corporate office was contacted but they will block you. Just don't do business with this company. The CEO is aware of the ***** bad reviews but will not take action. They will retaliate. If you give them your person information you could be targeted.

      I purchased a gold chain that was advertised as 18k gold and a few years later go to check to get it appraised and come to find out it is not 18k gold but 14k gold. When I went back to confront them they told me they would buy it back at 14k prices. I think they should be held accountable for this. This isnt right. They take advantage of people in need.

      Layaway is a scam to steal your money Went every week to pay on my layaways & the cashier assured me I was up to date then 9 days later confiscated my entire layaway ************** claiming I was 9 days past duetotal scam do not buy from Cash America Pawn

      DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE THEY HOLD PEOPLES PROPERTY HOSTAGE!If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Super **** tried to keep my personal property as leverage for someone elses loan, which had absolutely nothing to do with me. My late sisters ringwhich I accidentally left on their counter for a few minuteswas held hostage by their staff, who refused to return it unless they got a password to a computer that wasnt mine!This is beyond unethicalits theft. Instead of doing the right thing, they tried to manipulate me into getting involved in someone elses business. They showed no compassion, no integrity, and no respect for their customers.Ill be reporting them to the ********************** and local authorities. If you care about your belongings and dont want to deal with shady, untrustworthy people, STAY AWAY from Super Pawn!

      Bought a impact wrench and a chainsaw they both turned on took them home the both dont work the chainsaw doesnt cut anything the wrench cant removed a lug nut from a tire weak itens defective items sale men wont tell you theres no return on chainsaw and if you dont buy the warranty that doesnt cover the chainsaw but would have for the wrench but they wont tell you about they wont change anything i found out the hard way better that you learn then taking a chance like i did

      I went to the store on ********* in ************* and they have items listed with final dates that theyre not honoring. If anyone knows a lawyer for shady business practice please let me know. I have a family member buying the item and I have pictures of the tag and I have audio recordings of me talking to the district manager and her not wanting to talk to me when I was recording the conversation. Its insane how theyll try to be as dishonest as they are being.
