I purchased two hoodie and pants sets on May 18th 2025 and received the order on May 24th 2025. The total order amount was $160.47 cents. In the order three of the items were correct but the 4th item was a duplicate of one of the hoodies in a different size instead of the pants I had ordered. I emailed them immediately with a picture of the two hoodies and my order number and I have still not received any kind of resolution. I would like to have the pants that I ordered. I can send the hoodie back to them in exchange for the pants. I would just like what I ordered.Initial Complaint

I ordered 4 items from this company. 2 sweatshirts and 2 sweatpants. one of the "sets" was a pre order in which you have 7 days to cancel. when i received the non-pre order, i discovered that these items are garbage and do not fit. so i responded on the FIFTH day and asked them to cancel the pre order. they didnt respond until i reached out again a few days later. then i was told it was "too late" to cancel my order. i threatened them several times and they finally said they would refund me. which they did not. i started a dispute with ****** (even tho i had already paid it off). once i started the dispute, comfrt sent an email saying i was getting the refund. again, i didnt. but i stupidly closed the dispute. still havent gotten the refund and its been weeks so i am trying this. DO NOT BELIEVE THE SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS AND REVIEWS. THEY ARE FAKE.Initial Complaint

I ordered Cloud Sweatpants and 2 cloud zip hoodies on April 20th 2025 for $133.70. When I received the merchandise I decided I didn't like the color. I reached out to the company and they said they dont do exchanges or returns but only provide store credit. I shipped the merchandise back on April 24th 2025. It is now May 8th 2025 and the company states that they are "reviewing my return". I reached out to ask when I will get my store credit on May 1st and they stated they are not sure they are still "reviewing". Im now just requesting my money back as this place seems like a scam. It's is clear that they're either using an AI bot as their customer service ***** or their staff are absolutely incompetent. One agent told me a gift card was reissued to my email address and then in the body of the SAME email, asked for my email address so that they could issue a gift card. Aside from that, when I send an email about one order, they reply to a completely unrelated order, without resolution. However the most significant and nefarious thing that they do is flagrantly disabling customers from being able to return their items during the 7-day refund period so that they're forced to accept & use store credit instead. It was blatantly obvious during my returns: per their own return policy, returns completed within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a refund through original payment. I received my order at the end of March & within 3 days started the return process. Their return portal completed the return, but never issued a return label or QR code. After ONE MONTH of trying to get a hold of their customer service, they told me "just try again." Zero effort to resolve the problem. Of course the portal wouldn't even let me try again because it had already completed my return the first time. I emailed them back & that also took a while for a response. Ultimately, I had to use their return address and pay for shipping myself because they couldn't provide a simple QR code. Then once THEY RECEIVED my order, as confirmed by **** shipping, they wouldn't issue a refund. After 1.5 weeks from when they had my return in their hands did they issue a gift card because of course the 7 day refund period expired. Experiences like this are common across social media and the internet. It's disgusting. I'd like the shipping amount refunded to me, but I know that'll never happen.Initial Complaint

I received my order and the product didnt fit. I returned the product off the instructions from Comfrt. It was never mentioned in the return details email that all I could get back was a store gift card. There products are not as described and I will not be ordering from them again. On 2/6/25 I ordered a hooodie and sweat pants in a size L. The order confirmation said you could edit the order within 7 days (it was a pre-order). I emailed about 20 mins later and asked if I could change the size of both to a XL. They replied that it would cost more money. For the same exact product. Never has a company charged more money for a different size. This is discrimination. I took me a full week of complaining with not a single person acknowledging my complaint until I finally gave in because I was getting nowhere. This experience was terrible. I still have not received the items and it's been 2 months. I would like a refund for my trouble and I'd like to file a formal complaint of shady business practice and size discrimination.Initial Complaint

You won't get your merchandise, and you won't get your money back.This company cheated me out of my money and did not refund me. I have been waiting 3 months and haven't gotten the clothes or the money back. I made a purchase but never received my order. I ordered a hoodie, matching sweatpants, and a candle. I submitted a request, and they said they'd resend it. I got the tracking information on December 16th, and when it was supposed to have been received, I still did not get anything. My apartment complex has a secure package facility, so there is no way it could have been stolen. I requested a refund on December 31st.They said they could give me a 70% refund, but I said no. I want a 100% refund, especially since they couldn't even name the courier so I could try to track down the package myself. They said they'd give me a 100% refund, but it would take 15 to 25 days; 22 days later, I emailed saying I never received my refund. They said they reapplied for it. I finally just asked, on February 4th, "Am I going to get a refund?" they said I would in 15 to 25 business days. On February 26th, I told them I would write a review, seeing how I would not get a refund. They replied, saying I would as my refund was approved. I am writing to file a complaint against **************** regarding an unresolved issue with an order I placed on November 23rd, 2024. Despite my payment and their confirmation of the order, a portion of the clothing has yet to be shipped as of today, March 5, 2025.I have made multiple attempts to communicate with Comfort Clothing to inquire about the status of the missing items. Unfortunately, they have consistently failed to provide a clear or definitive shipping date for the remaining items. I ordered a kids sweatshirt and sweatpants and they arrived too small. I ordered the right size according to the measurements and age but they did not fit. I reached out on February 14th asking how to exchange the items for a larger size and on February 16th I received an email back stating that I did not need to return the items, that they were going to give me a full refund and a $20 store credit. They said I could keep or donate the items and I'd receive the gift card via email in 3 to 5 days and the refund would be immediate. I sent an email on February 18th and 20th checking on the status because I did not see a refund or credit. On February 21st I received an email from Comfrt that said my items were not part of a "manufacturing defect" and In order to get a refund or to exchange I would need to send the items back. I have already donated the items like I was told I could do, so I cannot return them. I've sent emails on Feb 21st and 24th and they will not reply to me. They told me to keep the items and they would issue a refund and a $20 gift card and now they said I need to return the items. I ordered a hoodie bundle from the Comfrt on 1/24/2025. The hoodie arrived with a large hole on the side (see the photo!), and the overall quality did not match the expectations set by their advertisements. The material is overly thick, making the hoodie uncomfortable and difficult to put on and take off. Therefore, I requested a refund. However, they refused and tried to force me to accept their store credit instead. They claimed it was their return policy. In fact, their return policy was never signed, acknowledged, or displayed at the time of purchase. Their customer service is only available via email. They completely stopped responding to me when the issue was still unresolved. The store doesnt have an address or a phone number, which is suspicious. Later on, I saw other online reviews and comments about this company's shady practice. This store should be investigated.
