On November 22, 2023, BBB contacted Sol Heals Limited Liability Co regarding testimonials advertised on their website claiming specific outcome of their services including: " My jaw and feet don't hurt which is huge for me. I lay down to go to sleep at night and notice my teeth don't hurt."
BBB Code of Advertising states in general, advertising which uses testimonials or endorsements is likely to mislead or confuse if it is not genuine and does not actually represent the current opinion of the endorser. If a consumer's experience represented in an advertisement is not they typical experience of those using the product or service, unless the advertisement clearly and conspicuously discloses what the expected results will be.
Sol Heals Limited Liability Co modified their website to disclose outcomes modifying their website to state "Although these testimonials represent a genuine response to receiving therapy, each person is unique and will respond to therapy differently."
