My husband purchased a membership for me in February of 2021. He had his account set up for the monthly membership fee. When I would go in once a month, I would use my separate card to a completely different account, for tip. Sometime at the end of September beginning of October of 2021, he canceled the membership since I no longer felt a need for the service. I did not go back after September of 2021. I recently discovered that the business decided to start drafting my separate account that I authorized for tip only. This was completely unauthorized. I never agreed to them pulling from my separate account on a monthly basis. The company was contacted once I realized the ***** fee drafting monthly. We spoke to the General Manager *****. She refused to refund any money back even though she could see I had not used their service since September. She requested the email cancelation. My husband advised her that his inbox purges emails after 90 days. They refuse to take any responsibility for drafting an account for a monthly fee that they were unauthorized to use other than the one time uses I authorized for tip only. When we asked to speak to the owner or someone higher than *****, she advised us that she was the only person we would be able to speak to. After asking again for the corporate number, she said all matters would be refered back to her for handling. She was completely unprofessional. This business has been drafting my account for a monthly fee that they did not have permission to use for anything more than the one time uses I permitted at the time of service, for tip. I am seeking the fees they drafted without authorization. They do acknowledge they switched the card on file over to a different one on their own.
