    She made many mistakes dur*** our design. Her design program is pitiful. It seems like it was made dur*** the ****s. Noth*** looks real as other programs are, such as the ones you see on HGTV and on the internet. It seems like she is try*** to save a few dollars by offer*** her clients pitiful draw***s of her designs. This is greed! More money in my pocket. She always blamed mistakes on a college student. Some of her issues were stuff not drawn to scale and measurements be*** off. She wasted our time and money. She also would not verify some design changes in our kitchen to see if it was possible. She would just come up with an idea and put it on paper and it would not be practical due to our house layout. It was as if a 10 year old was runn*** the operations. Her master bathroom draw***s submitted to me were terrible. She would say I am teach*** my intern allow*** her to do the sloppy work. I paid her ****** an hour while she had a student work *** on my designs of my house. She possible paid them not much . In return the work was awful. No supervision, so it could be assumed. All of the failures were blamed on her student. It was her excuse for a pitiful job. I was the victim. She would brag I am mak*** a lot of money and stock-pil*** it into my bank account. No quality here. Because of her chas*** money over quarlity It would take her a long time to come up with a draw***. If simple changes were needed it would take her up to 10 days to do 30 minutes of work. No customer service here. She did 3 awful draw*** and I wanted to pay her for her time of 90 minutes for each draw*** of ****** and get refunded ****** she refused. She did not do more work. She stated the average draw*** takes her 90 minutes. I paid her ****. Her rate is 100 an hour and she said it takes her 12 hours to complete a master bathroom. So after her bad work and argu*** with me to do other designs, she said she only does 3 designs but I still had around a ****** credit. I asked her for a full refund for the uncompleted work and she refused. She got terminated for her bad service and awful designs. She owed me another ****** for another bathroom that she did not complete and she refuses to refund my money.

    I appreciate your candid comments. I apologize that my service did not meet your expectations. I strive to be truthful in my abilities and post examples of my work on my website and on the sites that advertise interior design services so that a potential client can see what to expect. I believe that there was a misunderstanding about how long it takes to complete a master bathroom designline drawings (2-D) usually take 1-2 hours each, but I also provide 3-D drawing(s), materials and pricing--which is why I charge what I do and why it does take quite a few hours to provide a complete design package. As you stated, I do not give refunds for design concept fees since it takes time to design a room---and it states that on my estimates/invoices, but I am more than willing to redesign a room or reselect materials. So please reach out to me personally by email to discuss the issue at your earliest convenience.
