    Very pleased with this company. Every tech we've had is respectful and knowledgeable, and takes time to explain the situation and answer our questions. Billing is up-front and straightforward. Highly recommended!

    We have a pesky AC system that has required many service calls over the past two years. Comfort Masters has always been understanding and worked with us to resolve the problems. Their team of technicians is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an AC service and installation company in the DFW area.

    We have two separate units in our home. In January 2022 our main unit went out. Comfort Masters did a fantastic job for ** and super quality work. They moved the original inside unit from a closet into the attic and added two new return air vents. They had our heat running again the same day, and except for the two new vents you would never know they had been here. They wear shoe coverings inside and remove them when they are outside. They cleaned up everything and left no trace! We were so impressed with the quality of work and equipment that we decided in December 2023 to replace our second unit before it went out on its own. We welcomed Comfort Masters back and had an equally happy experience. We have service contracts with both units. We couldn't recommend Comfort Masters any higher!! Thank you ******, ****, ******** and all the guys that have been a part of our new AC/Heat Pumps!!

    Awhile back my heater went out and I wanted to use someone other than I had used before because they were on the expensive side. Comfort Masters came up in my search. The appointment process was easy and they arrived when they said they would. The tech was thorough, explained exactly what was wrong, what he needed to do, and gave me an accurate estimate. He also suggested some minor maintenance tasks I could do with both the heater and A/C. I later had problems with my A/C and used them again. Different tech, same drill: ********, explained what the deal was, explained what he needed to do, how much it would run, and told me a couple of things to check on to help keep it running properly. I signed-up with their maintenance program and I'm very happy with it. If you're looking for a reliable ************************** company to work on yours then call Comfort Masters.

    We've had a maintenance contract for our HVAC system with Comfort Masters since we moved to ***** in 2017 and remain extremely satisfied. They're prompt, professional, polite; ************** Jamarcus Hudsonexplains everything thoroughly. The company doesn't try to sell repairs that you don't need.

    Outstanding service. When I replaced my A/C in 2013, I had 3 bids. They were the middle price but unlike the other 2, they provided a 2 page list of everything they were going to do for the money. This included re-sealing all of the ducting for leaks. They finished in one day doing everything they promised.I signed up for their service contract. They have been on time and very thorough in maintaining the system. The techs are friendly and competent and the office staff is responsive. I highly recommend Comfort Masters for your HVAC needs.
