              We bought my husband 2 hearing aids and have been having issues with the left one since day one. I&#**;ve called and all we are being offered are adjustments. We get them and nothing works. There&#**;s a screeching sound and they are saying that he has ear wax. It doesn&#**;t even hold charge and all they did was change the battery door. I&#**;ve asked several times for a new one because this one is obviously defective. I&#**;ve tried reaching out to corporate and was promised a call back but n o one ever called. I called twice.

              I have been considering Lucid Engage hearing aids. After reading reviews here, and attempting to contact their customer service, I'll look elsewhere. One reviewer here said he got the runaround for weeks when he tried to return his. I decided that before making a purchase I would inquire about returns. I contacted them and asked about the return policy. Up to then they had been very responsive; even chatty. After asking about returns they have become silent. It is also interesting that they make much of their liberal return policy in their advertising, but try to find return for refund instructions on their website. You will find nothing.
