I have been considering Lucid Engage hearing aids. After reading reviews here, and attempting to contact their customer service, I'll look elsewhere. One reviewer here said he got the runaround for weeks when he tried to return his. I decided that before making a purchase I would inquire about returns. I contacted them and asked about the return policy. Up to then they had been very responsive; even chatty. After asking about returns they have become silent. It is also interesting that they make much of their liberal return policy in their advertising, but try to find return for refund instructions on their website. You will find nothing.Review from Sara W.

Great hearing aids, great customer support. I have purchased multiple pairs for family members and have noticed improved listening especially during our family gatherings and phone calls. They have locations across the US so it's been easy for them all to visit their specialists in their areas. I purchase there hearing protection for my kids and for myself.
