This work had me anxious as due to the specialty of the trade, you are at the company's mercy. I can say, ******** walked us through the process, responded to my calls and concerns and was there. She was/is amazing. Her clear expectations, (war zone appearance, etc)ability to redirect my interim questions until I could "connect the dots" (i.e. misalignment of my new gate) was professional and empathetic. She followed up and built trust. We had 1 communication mishap, during the job, however the ************* team responded timely, and it was addressed immediately. They handled it as a team. The dig and tunnel *******, much respect for his knowledge and the relationship he has built with his crew. "Abuelo" as he is affectionate called. Thank you to this team for their commitment. Feedback I would continue to work on clear lines of communication and get common numbers for cohesiveness. Too many numbers and area codes for our "Scam Likely" world .
