Since April 2023 to December 2024, **** Davis of Fort Worth under ****** and ***************************** were paid to repair my house after a flood. Up to now they have not completed all the repairs. And the other repairs they claimed they completed were poorly done. They damaged my personal property by putting them on the floor unprotected and walking on them. I had to replace all of them with my own money because of the damaged they caused on my personal property. They walked with soiled shoes on my carpet and in the process my carpet was permanently damaged/soiled. During the repairs I kindly asked ****** to respect my house and property and not to cause further damage. Instead he became verbally abusive and hostile. I reported this to my insurance company. I have asked them to replace the carpet they damaged by being negligent and they have been giving me run around for months. They have refused to properly complete all the repairs and replace the carpet they damaged due to negligence. They broke my wall mirrors, clocks, 7 window blinds& curtains, kitchen countertops, glass table, paintings, curtain rods etc. This was caused by them leaving my property on the floor uncovered and unprotected. Their workers walked on these property with soiled shoes. I reported this to my insurance company and my insurance told them that they are responsible for the damage they caused. ****** also tried to keep my 3 furniture and claimed that she threw them away. It took weeks for me to get some of my furniture because she would refuse to pick up my calls or return my calls. She would lie about returning my calls and give me run arounds. I had to keep calling and texting her over and over. She was adamant on keeping my furniture by lying about throwing them away. The furniture werent damaged so there was no reason for her to throw them away. And finally when I told her that she will have to replace them, she magically found them. This took so much energy, effort and time from me.
