Mr ********************** was sent one of a kind pieces to be used to make suit jackets. The delivery was expected last week, but Mr ********************** has been radio silent and his "manager" quit responding when the pressure was on to find out what was happening with the items. Mind you.. cash up front for custom pieces. If you are not willing to make the garments, please return my uniforms from overseas. Those have significant sentimental value that cannot be replaced.Business Response

The complaint was filed not by a client, but a friend of the client who received his custom jacket, was 'very' happy with it, and has since requested 2 more jackets to be made. Communication was made between the client and I, NOT the person who filed the complaint. The person who filed the complaint was sent images of the jacket in question, and did not come here to remove the complaint. This complaint was merely an attempt to ****** communication to the person filing the complaint, when the actual customer and I had been in contact with each other regarding the complexities of the requested garment, and as stated, VERY happy, and has requested 2 more garments to be made.Initial Complaint

Order was placed for 2 suits and 2 shirts on March 26th. All were confirmed to be completed on May 12th. After weeks of excuses and non-answers, business claims to have shipped in mid-June, but that ***** lost the package (I never received tracking). Business claimed to be doing a remake of all times, which I informed I needed in hand by August 6th; this was agreed to and I was told no problem. After more and more excuses as to why they werent ready (flight delays, illness, and he claimed a coworker was flying to deliver them in person) he went no contact, leaving me out to dry for the event I ordered the suits for. I purchased a tuxedo and suit from ******************************* on December 10, 2021 for $2,069.74. The tuxedo was delivered in a timely fashion for a wedding but had to be significantly altered to fit properly. The tailoring bill for the tuxedo was $250. Mr. ********************** indicated that instead of refunding the cost of the tailoring, he would give me two shirts to go with the suit that had yet to be delivered. I agreed to receiving two shirts in lieu of the tailoring cost. After multiple months and conversations with Mr. ********************** and his employees **** and *******, I have yet to receive the suit or the shirts. It has been a year since paying for these items and after I pointed out this fact to Mr. ********************** he has refused to return my efforts to contact him. I understand delays in production but waiting a year for a suit is unreasonable and Mr. ********************** has produced and launched other clothing lines in that time.Initial Complaint

I purchased almost $600 in custom polo's from ******************************* on May 13th, 2019 with expected delivery within 4-6 weeks. On August 5th, 2019 I sent him a text requesting an update since it had been almost 12 weeks. He responded that another client received my order by accident and was being repacked and I would have it shortly. He then said for the inconvenience he throw in a pair of chinos for the "ridiculous" inconvenience. Fast forward to November 2nd, 2019 after numerous unanswered calls and texts he responds that he had a kidney transplant for his sister, and was back on the grind. I gave him my condolences and appreciated the returned message. Fast forward to June 12th, 2020... again after multiple unanswered texts and calls I see Mr. ********************** return to social media. I simply text "Welcome back... any chance on those polos or a refund" in which he states he is getting everything to everyone who's owed anything. Again I thank him and stated all I wanted was to get this transaction completed and move on. He stated he was stuck in *** and had health issues but to give him until June *****rd to get a good grip. That was the last response from Mr. **********************... even though he continues to post on social media about "not allowing people to post things about him or his company with no recourse or response". Mr. **********************, I'm assuming the only reason people talk about you or your company is that you aren't who you claim you are. A man is only as good as his word, and unfortunately, you have not delivered. I'm so happy that I did NOT pass your cards to the other 175 people in my office. I wish this had a better outcome because I truly believed you had a great product.Business Response

This is a false complaint written by the customer's wife after the agreement between the husband (the customer) and I wasn't to her liking as he made it clear she controls the money in the house. The agreement he and I made on his order was settled between the two of us and she had nothing to do with it, yet demanded further on his behalf.

**** Marshall has multiple complaints about not delivering products to clients. There are now others submitting demand letters and possible lawsuits for 5k and 10k respectively. I was supposed to be delivered 5 shirts and 4 pair of pants. The pants took over 5 months after he promised delivery within 6 weeks. He claimed delivery was stalled due to shipping delay by ****** I received a set of pants and he then said he would send me free set of pants for inconvenience. I received my pants but yet to receive shirts. The shirts he claimed were damaged by ***** and he needed to have them remade. He said he would send me shirts once pants were made. Pants have been delivered but shirts are nowhere to be found. He now refuses to return my calls and text. I have saved text messages from Mr ********************** maintaining my clothes will be delivered, however, he now refuses to respond. I have spoken to other people that have been swindled by ******************************* with the same common theme. I also noticed on BBB a mention of similar experiences.Business Response

******************** has been a long time client of our company. ******************** was given the exact time frame in which his garments were delivered, yet began to harass several members of our team with multiple phone calls and texts throughout the day to the point our office assistant was uncomfortable communicating with him. The 'complaints' that ******************** has attempted to bring up, were through him harassing several former clients of our company who had minor issues after Mr. ********************** had a life threatening medical condition/procedure but were taken care of. Those clients were aware of the situation and were contacted and communicated with throughout the process. ******************** looked through comments left here on BBB and made attempts to reach out to those who left those comments to try and gain steam for his claim. Again, ******************** was told exactly when he would receive his garments yet his texts, calls, voicemails, which ********** he's edited to fit his narrative came at a rapid pace and consistency that made our office uncomfortable. ******************** signed a document regarding our return policy regarding refunds/warranties, and returns.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I have never met or heard of this person. I sent 3 emails to a supposed member if their team *******************************. I did look at the comments on BBB and noticed they were similar to mine. As for the delivery, I was told was told this via cell phone message. I am extremely disappointed it has come to this and appreciate at least someone reaching back to you guys. I am not the only person dealing with this as you can see. There will be demand letters headed his way in the coming weeks for restitution. Like I said, I received the pants and yet to receive my shirts at this juncture. As for the person saying they were uncomfortable, I have never met or heard their name previously

The customer is exaggerating for the sake of getting a response. He has continuously messaged our staff, one minute being nice and complimenting our work, and the next spewing threats. There are no other customers who are owed anything whereas orders have been delivered accordingly to their respective owners. This customer sent images to our office of him wearing his shirts, showing a rip in them from whatever activity he was performing while wearing it, and has repeatedly asked for us to remake it due to his negligence.

I am rejecting this response because: I am very complimentary about **** **********************s product. It is unfortunate it has come to this stage where all I am asking for is to deliver what I paid for. I paid for 5 shirts to be delivered back in March of 2022. I was told the shirts were destroyed by ***** and were being remade in June. It is now December and Mr ********************** has yet to deliver or respond to my request about delivery. I would not need to continually reach out to him if not for the or responsiveness of his team. If I can just get an idea as to when the shirts I paid for will be delivered, that would much appreciated and we can go our separate ways.Facts:
invoice paid on 3/2 for 4 pairs of pants and 5 shirts. Still have yet to receive my delivery of 5 shirts please have him explain why it would take 9 months to make 5 shirts

I paid $975.00 dollars to ************************************* for a blazer jacket on 2/8/22. The designer has yet to send the jacket and will not provide a refund. The customer was contacted back after emailing regarding the initial item in the order. Because our garments are custom made specifically to the clients measurements, we like to ensure proper fit. The customer was made a tuxedo for a wedding very shortly before ordering the item in question, and when the tuxedo arrived, the customer informed us that he had lost almost 35lbs after deciding to do a weigh loss challenge. When he ordered the item in question he informed us that he was still on his journey but 'should' be settling into a stable weight. After waiting some time before completion, we informed the customer that there was a backorder on the specific fabric that was ordered, BUT we informed that we would be making a replacement jacket and would send it out as soon as it was completed, which we did. Attached is the tracking number for that shipment that was also sent to the customer for tracking on his side. It was received as delivered.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: this was not the product I ordered. This was a different product. As you can see in the attached messages the vendor said for the delay/trouble, and ** its hot af there, Im making you a linen silk jacket that you can wear more often. He explained to that because of the delay on the jacket I ordered he was making me an additional jacket as the one I ordered had taken so long. The jacket I ordered was grey. The one sent was blue and also different material.
