- Returns are accepted for 30 days from date of purchase with a Return Authorization. The product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and in a completely resalable condition. Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice in order to obtain a prompt credit for your payment. Upon receipt of the goods, we will immediately issue a credit to the same credit card used to pay for the goods. Freight charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
