My husband went to the location in Beaumont on 11/13/23. Upon entering the lobby was dirty. Walls, floors, chairs everything. Should have been the flag for us to leave but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. My husband went for a exam and cleaning. They had a special for 49 dollars but of course came back in and said he needed a more deeper cleaning and it was going to be more. ** was only having issues with about 3 teeth and they said he had 13 cavities. We went ahead with the treatment then and there. They didn't show us on xray where the cavities were but we trusted since he was a Dr. ** was extremely rough putting the numbing injections. They didn't notice they had some of the blue gel stuff on his chin until when they were done. The substance burned his chin and he still has scarring. ** was in extreme pain afterwards. We assumed due to the treatment. After several days his bite still wasn't meeting right. The front teeth were uneven and rough to where the lip was cutting and he was still in severe pain. We went back a week later and they attempted to even the fillings and smooth the front teeth. It did not help. We complained about everything and the manager said they would let the dentist who worked on him the first time know once he was back from vacation. It's now been a month later and he is still in pain. ** cannot eat without pain. We have called and called. Left several messages. The manager was supposed to call me back after Thanksgiving and never did. I tried to speak to someone over the manager but the call center said they don't know who that would be. I sent the manager an email on December 5th and she informed me she would call me the next day and she did not. I called 2 days later and they informed me at the office she was there and were transferring me to her. She never answered. I left a message and called right back and they did the same thing. The work done was horrible. This is like a fast food place. Quantity over quality.
