***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** We hired them after a sewage backup in MAY 2022. They STOLE our $29,000 insurance money and did very little work! The paint/drywall and tile that was attempted was very poor quality work. They use stall tactics to avoid meeting with you and do not communicate. We are STILL not back in our home after 6 months because of this company! ***** is dishonest and the office unprofessional!! We have had to take out multiple loans just to get our family back in a completed home. We are currently in the process of suing them!!

I was referred to them by Seconds in surplus to install an iron door that I purchased. After about a week of trying to reach them I finally received a response. I was scheduled pretty quick pretty. The gentleman who installed the door was wonderful and the owner came to assist him. The job required additional work that we weren't aware of initially which was fine. They did the work and we paid them accordingly. There was still some additional work that needed to be done, and they told me to schedule it. They needed to repair the sheet rock on the inside that they had to cut away to brace the frame. I attempted to schedule with them several times by text and received no received no response, no reply at all. I let them know I had additional work, paint job specifically for most of the interior of my home. Sent pictures as they requested , and still no reply. It's been a couple of weeks, and I've reached out here and there, and still response.. I guess My business isn't good enough. I had to hire someone else to finish what they didn't. I was kind, not rude in any way, so to just be ignored makes me question a few things. I won't bother calling them again. Very disappointing. I'm loyal, and have a decent network of friends and family who do a fare amount of home improvements. Word of mouth goes a long way. Could of had a lot of additional business come your way. .

I first used them during the winter storm of 2021. My pipe had burst and flooded my entire downstairs. The first plumber I called out could not locate the leak and left me with a temporary fix. I was on several contractors waitlist, but no was able to come out anytime soon. I was referred to Avery Construction by a church member. They came out and immediately got to work. They were able to locate the leak and repair it same day. ***** followed up with be did a thorough job reviewing the contract with me, came to my home when the inspection was being conducted and even Zoom with my dad who was out of state to review the work that needed to be completed. They maintained open communication and professionalism the entire time. The quality of work was held to high standards and they will not close out until everything is perfect. Although the reason I needed them was due to a tragic event they exceeded my expectations, by doing an excellent job in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company they are one stop shop they will make you feel like family!
