    We ordered a iPHONE 13ProMax 1TB Blue w/ ******* @ ******** ****** Cellular World. My mother is deaf, lives off grid with power by generator & requires several accessibility programs which allowed her the convenience w/ 1TB 13ProMax rather than satellite phone or dependent hotspot. The 480gb programs allow for additional files/apps/storage. Cellular World received our order, after driving 2 hours into town ******* had said she transferred the phone number & stated the 512GB storage discrepancy is due to large backup restore. My mother believed her as being deaf there was a large language barrier w/ a lot of typing back and forth on their iPad to communicate. Obviously knowing my deaf mother who has very limited knowledge of technology the associate misled her. We were directed to make the 5 hour drive to a Apple store to make the change. After explaining this was not a software issue CW told us to still drive 5 hours to nearest corporate **** as Cellular World ordered 13ProMax through them. **** directed us back stating that the order was placed through CW & needed to be corrected through them. This was with-in 7 days of CW setting up the phone. After making the 5 hour drive back and returning to CW the following day they apologized, guaranteed us they placed the order for the initial 13ProMax which was now back ordered & as a courtesy theyd allow us to keep their mistake because we already shut down her satellite phone as all her needs were to be met by the never received 1TB 13ProMax. Since there was not enough remaining space to have her emergent accessibility needs met she could not return home. We returned on day 10 to find ******* was fire for multiple issues concerning preordering iPhones, fraud & account misrepresentation. Cellular Worlds Store Manager explained we would still receive a return label and our back ordered 1TB 13ProMax by 20Nov. Cellular World told us they can not find tracking or return, said contact corporate & provided #not in service.

    My 70ur old father ordered a cellular phone battery from the Cellular World in **********, **. It did not hold a charge and would not work. He brought it back to return and ****** looked at the battery and said he did not purchase that battery from there. He had a receipt but she didnt ask for it. She told him it was likely his phone that was broke; he just so happened to being his girlfriends phone with him ** he cant use his and its the same phone, he put the battery in that phone to show her that it didnt work in that phone either. She told him to leave the premises ** it was not a battery from them. Absolute disgrace to treat him this way. Extremely rude and shouldnt be working with the public.
