  Having urin odor issues since a few months after our turf was installed which was end of May 2022. They knew we have several dogs. Never informed or warned us about any possible odor issues in the future.I contacted Ideal Turf several times since last summer, called and nothing was done, emailed end of 2022 and now May/June 2023 and there is still no help coming at all. Who can afford to spray monthly $40-60 worth of Enzym odor eliminator or even more depending what brand you use!!!This is all ridiculous and a shame!!!And the spray is holding up for one day and the odor is back.Even emailed with the owner **************** which said they can spray something on it which would take care of the odor issues and check that seam out which is not looking okay to me and falling apart. I answered him and was so hopeful that he will finally take care of my issue, I asked how much that would cost me and he never got back with me, that was begin of June 2023. I really think the smell is sitting underneath the turf in that gravel.I cant be in the pool, all I smell is urin odor. Its a shame. Sale process, payments, installation was so quick but costumer service is terrible!This needs to be fixed and taken care of or I have to hire a lawyer.Spend all that money and cant have friends over bc of the nasty smell, also cant enjoy my backyard anymore!Dont use Ideal Turf LLC for turf! DONT!

  I had almost $40,000 worth of turf installed at our child development center. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I had installation issues from day one - horrible cleanup after completion - left spikes and staples on the grass - seams very visible and areas not attached to edging. I held off making the final payment - Took almost 2 months to get someone out to fix the problem. Then when I paid the bill, it seemed higher than originally planned. I paid it and later (1/18/23) sent an email requesting clarification of the charges. Have had no response which was the treatment I got when I was trying to get the problems fixed. I resent it on 2/20/23, so we will see what happens. The overpayment I believe was about $5000.

  So far weve had an awful experience. We had artificial turf installed in our backyard and loved it at first. Then we had our first heavy rain and its not draining in one section of the turf at all. We had about 3 inches of standing water on the ground where the pool decking meets the turf that extended over a large area. We reached out to everyone in their client services department, emailed, called and left voicemails nothing back. Reached out to the project supervisor and he said hed get back with us. Nothing. Finally I reached out on ******** messenger making them believe I was a possible new client and that was the only way I could get someone to call me back. They got ****** (I guess their operations manager) to call me and he said hed get someone to call me the next morning. NOTHING. So that afternoon we reached out to our sales guy, ******, which was the only employee we have been pleased with this whole time, and he said theyd make it right. He forwards the concern to ****** once again and ****** didnt even have a plan to fix the problem as he stated he wasnt able to take down my information the day prior so he didnt recall the problem. Ridiculous. After tons of effort on our part, the crew came out to fix the problem or so we thought. All they did was lower the elevation of the turf and we just had another bought of rain last night and woke up to even more standing water and a flood of dirty water in the same area. $20,000+ is way too much to spend for this to happen. This never happened with our normal grass! And they advertise their turf to drain over ***** inches in an hour. Now were going to have to battle once again to even get someone to respond to us to actually fix the problem. We got this to make our lives easier with our dogs and instead its created more of a problem since theyre getting soaking wet, tracking in water and also drinking from it. Which Im sure its full of their urine since it smells and its not draining.

We did go and repair the area but there is still a drainage problem. ******, our operations manager, is sending a crew to install a drainage at our expense to solve the problem. The turf that we purchased for this project was not a dual drain turf but a hole punched turf. In conclusion we are fixing the problem.

  Actually we purchased the fully permeable Frio turf. My mother told them time after time that I was the contact person for the project and I paid for it so Im sure theres record of me somewhere. You all are attempting to correct it now, so Ill take down my review for now. Thanks.
