    The apartments is threatening me, because she feels I have people living with me that's not on my lease, and as I've stated to her. I dont, and my children can be added to lease if that's a problem. The lease agent is saying she's going to file an eviction on me and not accept any money from me. Ive explained to the lady and has done everything asked. I FEEL LIKE SHE'S HARRASSING ME NOW AND DONE TOOK MY MONEY

    During a routine pest control notice delivery, I discovered that the individual who answered the door was not ***** *******, but rather a previously denied applicant.
    I informed the occupant that she was not authorized to reside in the unit and would need to vacate the premises. Despite providing ***** ******* ample time to submit applications for all other occupants, no applications have been received. Consequently, I issued a lease violation and notified the resident that we would no longer accept rent payments until all occupants have been properly screened and added to the lease.

    Im not liable with this debt with VILLAS AT ALAMEDA APTS I dont have a contract with NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM. They not provide me with the original contract as requested.

    After my Section 8 Housing Counselor ******* ******** from ************************************** notified the Leasing Apartment Complex on June ******* of the request for relocation letting them know after my rental lease ends on September ******* and my Section 8 housing contract from October ****** Thur October ****** housing contract ends at Villas At ******************* **************************************************************************************** notifying the Property Manager ****** ****** and ******** ******** the assistance Property Manager of the request for relocation letting them know I will be moving out on October ****** after my rental lease ends on September ******* they the rent ************** went to go charging me on my residential Payment Portal account and October ****** Section 8 housing payment of $202.00 dollars when they was notified by my Housing counselor of me relocating and me notifying them as well on June *******

Our system automatically applies the renter's fee when the resident does not have their own renters insurance.     Ive been living here 5 months now and my air has not worked since .Ive been working in the heat and coming coming to heart . My bill is now **** plus late fee and also a light bill connected to it when the whole time the air was never working . They come and fix it almost every other day . I feel as if my rent shouldnt be this high if the apartment does not have the updated things that are needed . *** spent 300 dollars on lights within a month . Ive had to buy a window ac for 300 dollars and a high speed fan for 50 just to keep cool . Something needs to be done . Im constantly late because I feel they are not doing there part .

    Hello thank you for reaching out. Morment's online request for AC repair was submitted on 9/12 and repaired in the same day. We talked to ****************** and have addressed the issue within a timely manner. We were able to locate problem area on the outside condensor unit. One of the freon valves needed to be replaced and re- charged with freon. Resident signed workorder after repair work was completed. Resident also received a verbal warning to remove the window ac unit from her second floor window (prohibited to have on second floor unit) and an authorized animal violation for having an unauthorized canine in apartment. 

    Maintenance was not able to access apartment to check inside air handler and thermostat inside. Residnet notified and maintence was able to access. Morment is  content with the cooling down of her apartment. We will be checking in tomorrow just to ensure her ac is properly running, thank you.
