*0/10**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!*My initial contact was through a local ************** who had posted that they were a family that had recently relocated to my area and was eager to introduce their services to our community. The post asked for anyone interested in having their air conditioning ducts cleaned to private message the original poster the size of your house. So I did private message the poster my house size, and she replied that they would be available in my area a couple of days later. She messaged me and we set up an appointment. The tech was supposed to arrive between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m.They arrived a few minutes before 2:00 and I was in the bathroom so my husband let them in. They began working and after a few minutes I came out of the bathroom and witnessed what they were doing supposedly cleaning the vents. Basically it was a giant hose with a brush on the end of it that they introduced into the duct at most 2 ft. and then pulled it back out and all that dust and gross from the vent fell out onto the floor and surrounding areas. They didn't even use a drop cloth, except for when my husband got a blanket to serve as a drop cloth on our bed. And they LEFT THE **** ON THE ***** BENEATH THE ****** When I began to question one of the men who seemed to be in charge if he could give me his company's name & license number he informed me that he didn't need a license to clean A/C ducts in ***** (false I later found out.) The more I questioned him I became suspicious. They were there "cleaning" for about 25 minutes. The friendly new neighbor from ******** who arranged this tech to come told me it would take about 45 to 60 minutes for a house my size. So the guy is wanting me to pay him with cash or cash app etc. I ended up using my credit card basically just to get the man out of my house. When I contacted the person from ******** telling her I was not happy with the service she blocked me and took her post down off ********. TOTAL SCAM!!! ??

They gained access to my house by creating a fake ******** page in my neighborhood ******** Group offering a deal to people in our neighborhood. We have plenty of business owners and managers that live in our neighborhood. We try our best to support those businesses. The fact that this company uses deception to get business is sad. They weren't in my house more than 45 minutes. The panel to my air handler was never opened after they told me that my coils were thoroughly inspected. My wife said she saw them barely sticking the shop vacuum hose in one of the vents. Debris was left all over the floors. Dust was left throughout my whole house. My air still smells musty. Nothing but a scam and I would have never used them had I known they weren't from our neighborhood let alone that they were from out of state.

I wish I had read these reviews before instead of after the service. When the quote is too good to be true believe it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If you even want to call it a company.... Very shady group.... Once I started asking questions about where the company was located, and why so many different profiles used to promote business on a sales group I follow, they blocked me... we are out the money and all said and done, we could have done what they did using a shop vac.....I left one star because I had to leave something.... negative stars is my rating!!!!!!
