My wife ******** and I Purchased a ***** RC300 from Autos's of Forney January 23, 2025. We paid $17000 down and financed through *********** the balance. I called Autos of Forney on April 3rd, I called Autos of Forney twice nobody would help. I went to the *** in ****** CA. and was told no paperwork filed from the seller to register the ***** to us. On April 15th Sales manager ******* ******* returned my call apologizing. He put in writing the registration would be processed next day at the **** He requested I send him a copy of the **** Check report. So i emailed it to him immediately. On April 25th I emailed Mr. ******* again that the Title and paperwork is still missing. The ***** we purchased and paid for in full can not be driven because Autos of Forney did not register the car. We have a Lien Release from *********** and no Title. The car is paid in full.On May 22, 2025 ******** and I sent Mr. ******** ******* the owner of Autos of Forney a letter explaining that we are forced to sue him for a full refund. On May 23rd, Mr. ****** had an employee call us to request we send the original *** Check sheet we got from the *** promising to register the ***** in seven days. He requested we use the *** Ex label he included and send the document. I sent them the *** Check document. We also received an email from Mr. ******* in it he said he would take full responsibility and have new license plates *** Ex to us. Nothing was *******. Breaud has not been honest with us for months and we have an unlicensed unregistered car in our garage. I asked him why the delay and now he won't respond. We believe the Title is salvaged or not transferable. Why delay us for so long?An auto dealership should not be able to operate while misrepresenting themselves, advertising cars for sale online, using a Financial Institution *********** to cause us harm. If we can't get a refund they should not be allowed to remain open for business.Business Response

My husband and my mother bought a 2022 ********* Equinox from Autos of Forney on March 1st. On April 5th the vehicle was hit by hail at our home in *******, ********. I put a claim into the insurance company; they let me know the vehicle was going to be totaled. The insurance company then reached out to the finance company, and they let them know they didn't know the title yet. The insurance company called me, and I then got ahold of the dealership (Sunny - Finance manager) and he said they didn't have the title in hand they were waiting for it from the auto auction house. When they did get the title Sunny called me and let me know they couldn't title it in ******** due to it being totaled. He then asked if I have family in ***** that we could title it to, I let him know I have no family out here but that my tags would be dead at the end of the month. I have been going back and forth with the dealership and insurance company to then be told that the dealership finally did the title for Texas on 4/30/25 but that the finance company would not accept that so the dealership would have to hold the lien at this time. The insurance is trying to pay off the car but we cant seem to get the dealership to give them what they need. As of 5/8/25 the car has been picked up from my home in ********. We are without a vehicle and we feel with all of this we should get our downpayment back since the car is not titled to our state and we no long have it.Business Response

We have up to ***** days to register your vehicle with your state. You being out of state the process is a little longer for us to get the vehicle registered to your name and state. We use a third party company to register vehicles out of state. We will be in contact when the vehicle registration is complete. Your bank can contact us directly to get this issue resolved.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from Autos of Forney one month ago. After two weeks, the car began giving me problems and the warning lights/check engine lights were coming on. I contacted my extended warranty company and they told me to contact the dealership (Autos of Forney) because it was too soon for the vehicle to be having these issues. I contacted the dealership on December 12, 2024, and took my car there. The mechanic at Autos of Forney said it was low on coolant and he put coolant in it. The vehicle still had issues so I took it to a ****** dealership and they inspected it. The technician at the ****** dealership said the car had been in an accident and it was not reported because Autos of Forney presented me with a clean vehicle report via Car Fax. The undercarriage shows old coolant leakage and damage. The radiator is bent in. The vehicle is taped in the bumper area. The Toyota technician said the damage was old because coolant was leaking and it had turned white instead of it being pink, and this is how he knew the damage was old. The Toyota technician stated they cannot fix the mechanical issues because the vehicle is damaged and needs to be repaired through a collision center. I am seeking to void this sale and receive a full refund on my down payment. I do not wish for Autos of Forney fix the vehicle. The vehicle is damaged and I believe Autos of Forney knew this and sold the vehicle anyway. I no longer want this vehicle and I do not want a replacement vehicle from Autos of Forney. Based on this transaction with Autos of Forney, I cannot trust them to do the right thing. I have my purchase agreement from Autos of Forney. Please contact me if you need it. It will not let me upload it here. The *** number for the vehicle is 5YFEPMAEOMP237540. The purchase date is November 19, 2024.Customer Answer

In mid-Oct, I sold my vehicle to Auto Forney, Forney, **. It took awhile for the payoff to clear. The remaining balance of the vehicle loan with my credit union would be paid myself. My divorce was final in early Dec and one of the court orders was for me to pay off the remaining balance after Auto Forney check cleared my credit union. I checked my account one day and my loan had been reinstated on my account with the previous balance. I reached out to my credit union to ask what was going on with my vehicle loan account. Now, mind you, I moved to **** early December to begin a new life the Lord has allowed me to do. To receive a message from my credit union stating that the check did not clear due to no funds. I really could not believe the response from my credit making me aware. The vehicle that was sold to Auto Forney was a 2016 ************* S600 V12 with ****** miles on it. I was offered $38,000 for my vehicle and took the lost. I reached out to the chat, who responded that they would get the message to the dealership. No response from the dealership to date. I also reached out twice through email to the car sales associate who assisted me with the sale of my vehicle. No response. So, now my issue is not of importance to the dealership. I cannot receive my settlement from my divorce now, my credit union account has been adjusted and charge for late penalties of payment. Never, never, have I experienced this lack of professionalism and knowledge from a car dealership. I have purchased vehicles in ******, ***********, ********, **********, and ***********. I have never had an unpleasant experience trading or selling my vehicle to a dealership until this moment. I plan to seek all and any action to correct this issue immediately. Never was I contacted either through email or any other communication from the Auto Forney dealership.Business Response
