- Additional Info:On November 29, 2022, BBB Serving North Central Texas received a BBB Scam Tracker report concerning Patina Stores.
Specifically, the report indicated that Patina Stores was spoofing a legitimate business named Patina Inc. based in Minneapolis, MN.
BBB has confirmed that the website for Patina Stores was created in September of 2022 and registered out of China. Additionally, the address advertised on their website of 1041 Liberty Street, Farmers Branch, TX 75244, is not a valid address.
BBB was unable to locate an active business registration in Texas for Patina Stores, and requested the company's voluntary cooperation in confirming a business registration as well as providing the physical address of where their executive and administrative staff is located.
As of December 30, 2022, Patina Stores has failed to respond to BBB's inquiry and correspondence sent was returned as "undeliverable."
