We purchased a dinning table at the store from one of the catelog books they have. We were not very sure about the colors and quality of the table as there is no floor sample and they offered us a "full refund of the table if we don't like it for any reason". We received the table 1 month later incompletly and it was delivered to our home as we payed for in-home delivery and setup as well. Following are the issue with the table and the delivery persons has noted and signed on the invoice.1. The table was advertised and sold as 60" round but in reality it is only 59"2. All the base screws for the table are missing.3. Couple of table legs had paint peel off damages. With All the above mentioned issues, we have called and visited the store several times for a replacement. I did offer and sent them a detailed email with all the necessary photos and video to the manufacture and the Elite furniture store. After several follow-up's the owner(*****) over the phone said she is going to give me a small amount as refund and is going to take care of the missing base screws, and will do paint touch-up work. I sent her written text saying that we would accept the table only if they fix the issues in couple of months. The time has passed and I tried to reach her over the phone, text and store visits and don't hear any response from her. One other employee and her daughter, who are nice to talk, kept telling us that they are going to take take of the issues. It's been 5 months since then and we happened to go to the store when the owner(Mitra) is there. We asked her to resolve the issue and she started screaming on us that she gave the refund to cover the issues, which we never agreed. She threatened us that will call the cops and did so when we said we are fine with it.Order was placed on 7/10/22 Invoice number: **** Table was delivered with missing parts on 8/12/22 Notes written by owner on the Invoice with date and sign: "if customer change his mind it will be full refund"

We remodeled our kitchen just before Window World installed our windows. In the process of carrying windows through our new kitchen, 5 cabinet doors were damaged. Window World has been contacted and they are complaining about the cost to replace the cabinet doors. These are new cabinets and I will not allow repairs. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I have been contacted by Window World. I have provided the company where the cabinets were purchased. I want my cabinet doors replaced.
