    We had two outdoor faucets for hose need change because of leaking. We called Henrys Service All and sent them the photos to show what the target looks like and need to be replaced. They arranged a technician came on Oct.15. He just changed one because he didnt bring enough parts. He spent unreasonable long time to change only one faucet. My husband asked him if he can unplug our Osmosis tank under the kitchen sink. Just unplugged, didnt remove the system. He did it like two minutes. Thats all. He charged us **** hours *the estimated time should be <1 hour for two replacement) labor fee plus material, total $415.28. We complained to company. They arranged Matt * owners son in Law) came on 10/21/2021 to complete the second faucet replacement and check the work did at first visit. I cant believe he charged us another $153.00. He said he void $18.00 trip fee. Its totally unacceptable. I emailed them on Friday *10/22), and called them on Monday *10/26). The receptionist told me she work for for ***** *owners wife) who is on vacation, and left voice message for her. Later, ***** called me back to told me she need talk with ***** her son in law, and manager of technicians. ***** said **** is out of country on vacation too until Monday 11/1/2021. All family are on vacation. Only left a receptionist to answer the phone. For a family business, it sounds interesting. I agreed to wait until this Monday. On Sunday, I reminded them by e-mail. Then Monday morning ******* *daughter), who is actually managing this company now, emailed me. She said the technician did nothing wrong no matter how long he spent. And offer $40.00 refund. First trip charged me **** hours *$130/ hour) for half of the job need to be down. The estimated time need for all task should be ~****hr. They over charged ~2 hours not related to the job itself. The $40.00 refund offer with no reason. I felt hurt this time. It crash down my trust for some people. Change Two faucets and unplug small tank, I spent totally $ ******. I dont know what I can do right now. It is ****** for us. I will say if you need plumber, walk away from this company: Henrys Service All

    We continue to share in your concern, and as mentioned multiple times on the phone and through email, we cannot forsee what issues will arise when on a job. We work hard to do a good job at a fair price and when our customers are not satisfied, we work to find a resolution.We discounted the first ticket $25 (at the time of service), went over the job and costs on the phone prior to the second call, and knowing on the second trip you were not happy with the price, we only charged .75 hr instead of the **** hr as a courtesy ($65 discount) and performed a free water test ($200). When you called on 10/26 we spoke to you on the phone, heard your conserns and notified you management was on vacation for the week. Within 24 hours of returning, we discussed the two jobs again in detail via email and an additional $40 refund was given for no other reason than to try to show kindness, and has already been mailed. We are saddened that we cannot resolve this, but are here if you would like to discuss further.
