      My apartment has a ***** infestation that is not being taken seriously. I can't go a day without killing roaches in my kitchen. This is completely disgusting. I've discussed this issue with front office on the last week of May, sent the pest control guy out that week which did not fix the issue. My apartment was supposed to get bombed the following week that did not happen, have requested for pest control again since and still haven't came out. I have a young kid who is living here under these living conditions and they are failing to accept the fact that this is an infestation and people can't continue to live under these unsafe health conditions. I have submitted a few work orders about the situation also emailed the front office on yesterday about the matter and have spoken with them directly and all I get is that I will be put on pest control list. Weeks later nothing has been fixed. I've also reported knats being in my refrigerator which makes it unsafe to eat my food stored away due to me needing a new refrigerator after 5 years.

      Good Morning, 

      I show that Apt. ***** was put on pest control on June 5th, 2024 for the ***** concerns and was supposed to get an Actisol treatment done this day (heavier treatment that requires preparation on the tenants part) and the resident was not prepared for this treatment so we could only complete a general spray due to this. The pest control technician did take photos, which we will provide upon request. Pest control does come out weekly, so if the resident requests pest control and is not ready, they will have to be placed on the list for the following week for the heavier treatments. I have put the resident on the list for today (Wednesday, June 12th, 2024) for both the roaches and gnats in her fridge. I have also attached the pest control form where the technician stated she was not prepared for the Actisol treatment. Please let me know if anything additional is needed. Thank you!

      Falsely charging late fees, court fees, and any other fees when the apartments failed to communicate that I was unable to make payments online.

      They flooded my apartment while I wasnt home. They started working without turning off the water and a pipe burst in the wall causing my entire apartment to flood. I was told that is wasnt their fault and to call renters insurance. The apartment is molded and full of bugs. I had to call the corporate office for them to even come in and see the damages. They will not move my family somewhere else until the work is complete. The apartment is full and mold

      To whom it may concern,

      Upon being made aware of the flood in the apartment, we immediately called out carpet cleaners to extract water from the apartment as well as plumbers to rectify the plumbing issue which caused the flood. After repairs were made to extract water and repair the plumbing issue, we got sheetrock repair vendors out to repair sheetrock throughout the home and upon inspection yesterday, 5/1/23, repairs have been completed.       I have been living in this apartment since September 2021. We recently got new management so I won't harp on the issues I have had before but this apartment complex office is very unprofessional.
      Our water bill went from $30 to $98 with no one willing to give me a straight answer for MONTHS.
      We got our washer and dryers replaced today (3/9/23) with no warning. I work during the day, I got a phone call at 9am which I could not answer and by 11am someone was at my door taking my washer and dryer while I am washing clothes.I had to take wet clothes out of the dryer to sit there. I called the office to ask when they would get replaced, I was told today (3/9/23), no one came so I called again now I am being told tomorrow and I am going out of town tomorrow. Im sure the office knew about this change and I was given no notice.
      For months, I could not pay my rent online (I was not given a reason why or any heads up) and I was forced to get a money order on the 3rd when I'm used to paying online. There is no communication, no remorse, and a lack of empathy coming from this apartment complex. I submit work orders and they don't get acknowledged until I call the office. I have requested several call backs from office employees and the office manager and NOTHING. This office does not care about my time or money. We pay each month for amenities that are never available. The pool was closed the entire summer, the gym has only had one treadmill working the entire time I have lived her and now it's closed for "remodeling". I pay good money to this complex and I don't receive any respect or compassion in return. Everything is an "I'm sorry" or "It's out of my hands", there's no action or reciprocation. I am very tired of it & it took me a while to submit this complaint because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but I am GENUINELY TIRED OF THEM.
